• Mecca: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and literally a few minutes’ walk from the Haram. The location made it so easy to perform Tawaf, Sa’i, and multiple Umrah at any time of the day or night. Their local coordinators were always available and extremely helpful.
• Transportation: Spotless, comfortable, and punctual vehicles with professional drivers. Every transfer between airports, hotels, and Ziyarat sites was smooth and stress-free.
• Medina: The stay in Medina was equally impressive. Beautiful hotel, excellent location near Masjid an-Nabawi, and a very peaceful atmosphere. We never faced any delays or issues.
• Group Management & Ziyarat: The knowledgeable guide took us for all the important Ziyarat in both Mecca and Medina with clear explanations and plenty of time for worship and reflection. Everything was well-organized without feeling rushed.
• Food & Support: Delicious and hygienic meals were arranged, and the team was always ready to assist with any need — whether it was wheelchair support, medical assistance, or even small personal requests.
• Return Journey: The entire process from checkout to airport drop-off and flight coordination back home was handled professionally and with care.
