The tracking details were updated on 21st Jan and later on 24th Jan, it showed the status stating the order is cancelled by the supplier. While calling I got to know it is glitch. I am still waiting for my order, I have no update on it, no response, nothing! Later after 22 days they offered to process a refund, got refund after 31 days. Basically just fooling us to use our money for 1 month without interest.

Your order was not cancelled by us. The “cancelled by supplier” status you saw was a temporary system glitch, which was already explained to you on call.
The order was kept active as per your confirmation, and we continued follow-ups from our end.
After 22 days, you requested cancellation, and we immediately initiated the refund.
The refund was successfully credited as per standard banking timelines, which are controlled by banks/payment gateways, not by us.
At no point was your money used or held intentionally. We operate with clear policies and full transparency, and thousands of customers have received their orders and refunds smoothly.
If you still have any concerns, we’re always available on our official support channels to resolve them constructively.

I've been using this website for a while now, and every time has been smooth and satisfying. Worst Experience – No Response & No Tracking
I placed an order on March 17 (Order ID: #A21140S) with Alladin Shoppers, but after that, there has been no tracking update. I tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but they don’t respond to emails, calls, or messages. It's been days, and I'm still waiting for my product and a response. This is extremely unprofessional

Bad experience with Aladdin Shoppers
I ordered aquagym gloves on Dec 28, 2024. No news of them ever since except for sending me the invoice. The gloves, obviously, have never been shipped and they do not reply on the phone and they do not reply to my mails.
