J’ai acheté un lot de 2 bagues en titane et diamants de synthèse. Non seulement le métal noircit sur l’une d’elle et les diamants de synthèse ne répondent pas au testeur et ils sont devenus opaques ! Vendre de tels produits à ce prix c’est inadmissible !

Awful experience. They sent me the wrong item and now they refuse to answer my emails. Never choose this store if you live outside the uk as its impossible to work with them on exchanges apparently and customs complicate the whole exchange even more. You wait weeks for delivery only to get the wrong item and no response from customer support.
HORRIBLE
Their items are cheaper than most but its not worth your nerves and you will end up loosing your money anyway.

Le titane n’est pas censé s’oxyder or ma bague noircie. De plus je n’est aucun certificat d’authenticité concernant les diamants synthétiques et ils ne répondent pas au testeur. Je reste dubitative sur la qualité des produits d’autant plus qu’aucun retour ni remboursement ou avoir n’est prévu ce qui pose question.

The ring is absolutely beautiful! It is just as described and the shipping experience was timely. I am U.S. based and received my order very quickly. I will definitely order again!

Would highly recommend this company, have used twice now and both times been so happy with the level of service and quality of the entertainment. Bought a lovely ring for my husband's wedding band, but after just 7 months it has broken. And it says you can shower in it and everything on the website. I emailed customer services twice using two different emails to try and get through to them about it, but I have had no response. Not a good company to deal with if things go wrong...

I am allergic to most metals so was wonderful to find a company that has titanium. My blue sapphire wedding set is gorgeous! Thank you for making a dream come true in being able to wear a wedding set.

2mm filled 18ct Yellow gold Plain Wedding band Ring - gold ring, Was the description and now it turns out:
The ring you purchased from us is yellow gold filled which is a high form of gold plating, it is not solid gold.
Under UK law, we are not allowed to apply any gold stamp to an item which is not 100% gold.
I think it's quite misleading, but very beautiful and very friendly.

Excellent service. There was a minor hiccup with the shipping once the postal service received it. Chris quickly jumped on the problem and sorted it out. 10/10 will do business with again.

Lovely affordable piece, delivered in a timely fashion!

At first they were great, worked with me after I needed my rings resized and cut a deal since they ended up sending me the wrong ring. I received my new rings and after 2 days of light wear on one ring bent, cracked and lost a gemstone. Customer service offered to repair after I payed $30 plus shipping fees to them. I’ve already spent over $200 on the rings, plus $30 to ship them back to be resized and exchange the incorrect band plus $50 for the resizing. The quality of the ring is obviously poor, I am unsure the opals are even true opals at this point. I cannot update my review on etsy since they have commented on it. I regret all the money I’ve put into these rings. Next time I will spend my money with a reputable jeweler.
