Diese Clinic geht voll auf das Anliegen, Wohlbefinden und BEDÜFRNİSSE mehr ein als man selbst möchte bzw. zufrieden ist ( möchte man trotzdem Korrekturen Feinheiten verbessern😀)
Meine Schwester hat im Dez.2025 sich die Implantate einsetzen lassen und nun für die Kronen in Behandlung vor Ort.

Güzel bir deneyim

Update: I’ve posted a photo of the incompetent female dentist who ruined my teeth. I am pregnant, yet they are subjecting me to extreme stress and causing me immense frustration with their arrogant attitude. I tried to contact them because my gum turned purple; it hasn't healed after four and a half months, and my bite is misaligned. Not only is the dental work completely botched, but they also want to charge me to fix the mess these incompetent people created. They make up excuses and lies to shift the blame onto me, refusing to admit they didn't know how to place an implant properly. On Facebook, they delete negative comments from their photos, and they report negative reviews just so they can lure in more victims. Update: As if calling to threaten me to delete my review and having two employees scream at me wasn't enough, they actually have the nerve to reply like this! You keep calling and messaging non-stop—don't you realize that constitutes HARASSMENT when someone wants nothing to do with you after you've ruined their mouth? I didn't even receive a warranty. The X-rays are just blurry photos. Avoid this clinic! You lie so shamelessly. It’s disgraceful—picking fights with patients who have the courage to leave negative reviews! I do not recommend them! They rush things and work late when they are already tired. They prioritize business over the patient: performing extractions—even on healthy teeth—just to place implants and new teeth. They quote one price initially, then find extra work to do just to inflate the final cost.

Following my application to the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate, an investigation was conducted into the operations of Aksu Dental Art. As a result of this investigation, violations were established: an administrative fine has been imposed on the clinic, and the case materials have been forwarded to the financial authority.

Certain circumstances in this case have already received official confirmation.
​Since a facility's operations, record-keeping, and financial processes are interconnected components of providing medical services, the established violations are a significant element in evaluating the clinic's performance.

I was forced to turn to the competent authorities because attempts to resolve the situation directly with the clinic's representatives yielded no results. It is unfortunate that under such circumstances, a patient is compelled to spend resources not only on treatment but also on defending their name.

When a patient is a foreigner, it is easy to make bold public statements online, counting on the facts not being verified. However, in this case, the situation was evaluated by a state authority.

​While the clinic's representatives claim "transparency," the official investigation has documented violations. Anyone can independently review the documents and draw their own conclusions.

​Nearly two years have passed since my first visit to this clinic, but the consequences of their intervention remain a part of my life to this day.

​No official decisions can ever restore my health, the lost time, and what I have to go through every single day.

​I choose an exclusively official and legal path to resolve this matter.
