Tout était top, l'expérience de vente était fluide et la livraison a été hyper rapide et bien assurée. Les informations de suivi étaient parfaitement lisibles au jour le jour.

Un seul point négatif, j'avais un code de réduction à appliquer sur ma commande de 80€. Après l'avoir appliqué, les frais de port gratuits (à partir de 80€) ne s'appliquaient plus. C'est un peu dommage pour l'expérience client mais ça n'a pas démotivé mon achat.

Je suis très contente de mon parfum et n'hésiterai pas à commander à nouveau sur le site.

I never write reviews for companies, but my experience with Akro impressed me so much in the effort they paid to customer service that I had to write something.

I can safely say this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with a company (akro is, after all, the Greek word for ‘highest’). This review is regrettably extremely late in the making, so shoutout to Natacha from Akro if you see this 🫡 hopefully the length of this review will atone for my procrastination in writing it.

I ordered a bottle of Akro Dark in early September of 2025 but ran into shipping issues after a few days had elapsed. I was very anxious about missing the delivery because:

(a) it was an expensive purchase and one which I had been looking forward to for a while, and

(b) I had recently experienced insanely frustrating shipping errors (arrived in the UK from America, sat in a depot for 2 weeks while the courier simultaneously alerted me to its location but failed to actually do anything with it - this process repeated twice) over the prior 2 months in trying to get a specific edition of my favourite book delivered to me, so I was afraid it would repeat again.

When this delay in shipping happened, I contacted their customer support and received a reply the next day with assurances that they’d look into it for me. I fully expected it to be unsolvable, as I knew the depot would only hold the parcel for another couple of days, and since Akro is based in France and I am based in the UK, I had figured the logistics would be too complicated to resolve (worsened by Brexit 🤠) in such a short timeframe.

So, I was extremely surprised when it arrived on my doorstop a few days later. It looked like it had been re-packaged about 3 times, which, to me at least, was evidence of closely paid human attention to its journey.

As for the product itself (Akro Dark), it’s great. The best comparison I could make would be that of very strong dark powdered chocolate. It sticks to your skin like hot sugar and lasts for hours with the strongest projection of any fragrance I’ve ever worn. A couple of sprays is all you need; a 30ml bottle is equivalent to a 100ml bottle of most fragrances.

While not my all-time favourite fragrance scent-wise, it’s definitely close, and chocolate makes for a unique scent profile that few other fragrances have. Because of its uniqueness, I’ve received more comments on it than almost any other fragrance besides JPG Le Male Elixir.

I would also add that its atomiser is up there with the best of any fragrance I’ve ever used, on-par with Dior’s pressurised atomisers, Areej Le Doré, and H24 by Hermes.

Lastly, the box the fragrance comes in is legitimately useful. It isn’t something you’d just dispose of immediately after opening. Personally, I’ve ended up using it as perhaps the most expensive pencil case/tin I’m ever likely to own. The dense foam lining on the inside of the tin also adds to the premium gift-giving/unboxing experience.

Après avoir découvert la gamme AKRO, je me suis arrêté sur le SMILE, qui est un parfum assez doux et surtout pas entêtant.
Encore bravo pour cette gamme, une belle découverte.

Je tiens à remercier le SAV, spécialement Natacha, qui a su répondre à mes attentes malgré une livraison qui avait tardé à arriver.
Heureux de voir que le Sav est pris en considération dans certaines entreprises et que nous sommes en contact avec des Hommes et non des robots.
Ma stupeur quand je découvre mon parfum avec une senteur au delà de mes attentes, incroyable je recommande vivement

Akro East est un parfum qui m’a tout de suite séduit : la framboise en ouverture apporte une douceur inattendue, puis l’oud et le cuir prennent le relais pour donner de la profondeur et du caractère. C’est riche, élégant, un peu mystérieux — incroyable. Le sillage est affirmé et la tenue solide. Pour moi, c’est un parfum boisé moderne, parfait quand on veut quelque chose de sophistiqué sans être classique.

Je porte BREATHE depuis quelques mois et je ne m'en passe plus... ! Frais et facile à porter il fait désormais partie de ma routine de l'hiver

Suite à un cadeau, j’ai essayé le parfum Smile de chez Akro. C’est un parfum doux qui me convient parfaitement avec sa note de framboise. Je pense en essayer d’autres car j’aime le concept lié aux addictions.

J’ai découvert leur parfum GLOW et j’ai eu un énorme coup de cœur. Il est très agréable à porter, puissant mais pas entêtant et j’ai toujours des compliments quand je le mets.
Puis j’ai senti d’autres parfums de la marque et il y en a plein d’autres que je souhaite m’acheter : East, Smoke et Awake notamment.

Love the scents ! I have several fragrances from Akro and love to switch them depending on my mood ! Feeling excited or motivated ? I go for Smile ! Feeling calm and focus, I go with Breathe ! Want to impress on a date or feel a bit more luxurious, I use East !

Creator Olivier Cresp is also a amazing person to meet ! Kind, Passionate, Humble !

I can’t say enough good things about this brand. The scents are next level. Bake, Awake, and Crush stand out for me: they’re sweet, warm, and totally addictive. The idea behind the line feels thoughtful and fun, and the quality truly comes through in how they smell and last. If you’re curious, Akro really delivers. I’d strongly recommend trying it.

CRUSH was a great discovery. It’s original, addictive, and lasts all day. I’m completely won over by its unique scent. Well done, Akro!

J'ai fait sentir tous les parfums de la gamme à mon entourage, tous on fait des têtes bizarres. A ne surtout pas commander !!

Super expérience avec Akro Fragrances. La commande est arrivée rapidement, très bien emballée. Les parfums sont originaux, intenses et tiennent vraiment longtemps sur la peau.

Je suis tombée amoureuse de East, il fait des ravages. Tout mon entourage l'adore, me complimente.
Ce parfum à base de Oud est puissant tout en étant sensuel. Son sillage est impressionnant. Je suis ravie ✨
