Keyboard case had a faulty key
Keyboard case had a faulty key. Akko, doesn’t refund the full amount for return shipping. Said they would refund up to 20USD, which was still slightly under the amount I had to pay. But they actually converted it to my currency, minus an additional PayPal fee. About 4-5 dollars difference which is minor, but a bit annoying on principle, especially since the item arrived faulty from the factory.
Still waiting on the refund for the returned item. Will see how that goes and update if required.

Update: I have received a refund in the end. It took more than a month but in the end I am happy to get the money back.

What the hell i specifically chose local lair to make sure the delivery wars as fast as possible now its getting shipped from China I've got no message about this no heads up about it the only reason why I know it's shipping from China is Becuse of the shop app please just give some sorts of heads up
bad construction
Their hot-swappable keyboards are bad. After some time, my Ctrl and Shift keys stopped working because the construction loosens and the pins on the switches no longer make contact with the sockets. You can try tightening the screws, of course, but the screw heads will wear out, so you can’t do anything about it. This is the last product I’ve bought from them.
Bad product quality and customer service
I ordered a 65% keyboard in January 2024. On the first day three of my switches turned out to be faulty. After a week it was 5 of them. I messaged Akko about my issue and this is what they said:
"Regarding the switch problem, we have the following methods for you to choose.
1.We would like to arrange for you to have 6 new switches resend.
But the shipping fee to resend 6 switches individually is expensive, and the package is small, there is a risk of losing it in transit.
2. Do you have you placed a new order recently? If so, I can request a free box of switches (45 pieces) to be shipped with your order.
3.If you have extra switches to use, we would like to offer you a refund of 2USD as compensation.
Also, on your next order, I would also like to resend you 6 switches to reduce the risk of package loss.
Do you have extra switches you could use?
If so, as far as I am concerned, a box of switches is definitely much more cost-effective than 6 switches.[Kiss]

So basically they're saying that I can either get 6 switches as a compensation or get 45 if AND ONLY IF I decide to order another product from their site. This is obviously a scam to make you want to order again from their site.
I expressed my disappointment, after that it took them two weeks to respond. In this time another three of my switches turned out to be broken. I resorted to some arguing and they agreed to send me a box of 45 switches for free (I should have been compensated with a full new set of switches, not only 45, but okay. Also, 2 dollars of compensation per faulty switch? Really???). One problem is that the line of switches that my keyboard came with was discontinued and I had to pick a different model. It's been a year and 7 of the replacement switches are broken.
To sum it up, they sent me a faulty product, gave a ridiculously weak compensation offer, took weeks to answer, went for the cheapest compensation possible and sent me a faulty replacement for a broken product.
Never buy Akko products. They look great and have nice and exciting themes, but the quality of the product and the customer service is beyond disappointing.

Both packages that I ordered from this company had shipping complications. Not only that but the second shipment got sent to the wrong place. What resulted was them sending me to their insurance contact who wanted me to submit a police report, provide a recording of the event, or the currier (FedEx) claiming that the package was missing. Since I couldnt get I ended up submitting a police report but they ended up proceeding without it anyway. But then they wanted my full banking information in order to give me my money back which really sketched me out. I ended up getting them to send the refund Via paypal but still being asked for sensitive information like that is pretty unsettling.
Not only that but I didnt end up getting the shipping costs back so then im still losing money and apon asking Akko if they could provide a code for shippping I got no response.
If you do decide to buy Akko products, I would avoid buying from them directly as their customer service is bad and 2/2 packages that I bought from them had to get their barcodes replaced which I would assume has to do with how they are shipping items.
I had to go back and fourth for 4 days to get my money back and now on reordering the item I have to pay for shipping again. Now I get to wait 8-20 days wondering if the item will even appear at all.

Achat d'un repose poignet blanc reçus un repose poignet noir et avec 15jours de délais de livraison et avec une livraison en plus payante delais non respecté et produit non respecté bref rien ne va chez eux c'est pas possible sachant que c'est informatisé je comprends pas comment ils font pour autant se tromper et je ne suis pas le seul un collègue pareil 1commande de 2produits et 2 mauvais produits recus... essayer de prendre vos produits ailleurs franchement...
Very good keyboards
I recently purchased a keyboard from Akko. It arrived quickly and was of very good quality. At first, I had a few issues with the driver, but I contacted support, and my problem was resolved within 18 hours. A very good brand if you want a high-quality keyboard at a fair price.

Diese liegt im Ausland, was 45€ kosten würde. Nirgends ist ersichtlich, das man bei Rückgabe des Produkts ins Ausland verschicken muss. Ich kann hier nur andere warnen hier zu kaufen es sei denn, man weiß was man will.

La souris Pulse 01 est très quali et est parfaite pour les jeux FPS.

One of the worst experience.
Bought many things online but I can without a doubt say that Akko Gear is the worst experience for me.
Bought in November 2024 a keyboard and a mouse, 2 months after, the mouse started to double click. I followed exactly a guide provided by their website FAQ who was supposed to fix it, that bricked my mouse. Now it’s a back and forth in email with them telling me to try to fix it myself with some instructions that don’t work even if I wanted to send them the keyboard and the mouse, get a refund or something to begin with.
Yes because my keyboard bricked too thanks to one of their instructions and I’m now waiting a whole day every time for an answer.
Not even trying to wait a whole day every time just to get instructions again. At this point I’m just going to buy a new mouse and keyboard somewhere else.

I was a little scared to order because of all the bad reviews here.
But I fell in love with the MyMelody set so I ordered it with the valentine sale. The mousepad said: Coming soon. so I emailed customer service and they replied letting me know when they expect that one to come in. Very fast and nice reply.
The keyboard and mouse I received today as scheduled. The quality and look Is just AMAZING! I'm typing this review on my new keyboard and I'm just in love. Fits perfect in my pink/White set-up.
