Disappointing Service
Order had not arrived after 3 weeks even though I received an email saying product had been delivered and requesting feedback. When I queried the delivery, no apology given and I was told that the product was out of stock. Why did they not point this out when I initially ordered and paid? Chased again and told there would probably be a wait and best to have a refund. Very disappointed. Many low reviews recently make me wonder if this business has expanded quickly (B&Q) or is it just plain bad service! 1 star given for speedy refund
