Started going to AK a few years ago to help with my mental & physical health. Adam and Kimberley have been fantastic at guiding me throughout my journey and incredibly supportive, finally confident enough to join one of their classes and I wish I had joined a long time ago. Deciding to try them out was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I started 28 days ago and have lost just over 11lbs which is a massive achievement for me. Having had a number of failed attempts of trying to lose the weight and improve my general health, I feel like AK Active has given me the confidence and motivation to stay focused on the journey.

I really wish I had done it sooner! Highly recommend AK Active to anyone who needs that initial boost.

I joined Ak not knowing what to expect, I’ve been a member at practically all the gyms in the surrounding areas, and felt uncomfortable and anxious about going to them all.
With AK this is not the case, not only are they lovely people but they care, their interested in you and invested in your journey to change! Because it’s so personal and with weekly check ins, it kept me accountable. All the classes are great and push you in different ways, I especially like the weights classes. (Who doesn’t love leg day). My self confidence has improved massively over the last few months and
I now find myself looking forward to the gym, It’s such an important part of my life.

I'm loving attending the classes and the food plan is easy to follow. The support from all the coaches and other members is 5 star 🌟 I'm so glad I've found this gym and looking forward to my journey of self esteem, confidence, better fitness & weight loss. I'm a big girl who's very unfit, if I can do it, so can you 😘

I never thought I’d actually attend a gym let alone enjoy it and want to stay on. I thought I’d join for the 28 days lose a few pounds/inches to get into my wedding dress and that’s me.
Everyone is friendly, welcoming and you don’t feel judged. It’s a lovely environment to be in.
My only regret is not starting sooner. I’d recommend AK to anyone you won’t be disappointed.

I started at AK Active on the 17th Jan (4 weeks ago) and I have lost 1st 3lbs!

If you were thinking about joining a super supportive gym, then this is the one for you! Everyone is so welcoming and the encouragement is unreal. I have honestly never been anywhere like it. Big thanks to Adam Badat, Kimberley Badat and Ben for putting this all together ❤

Only just started at ak active up to now I have enjoyed the class and the people are so welcoming and make you feel.part of the team .

Love it! Such a friendly bunch, felt accepted straight away. Lost nearly half a stone in the first two weeks and feel really supported and motivated.

AK active is the best decision I've made in years. Ive been attending since April and never looked back. Kimberley, Adam and the team are always on hand for advice and the classes are fabulous. They are so enjoyable, I've never attended a gym where I laugh and smile through the classes before now. It's like a night out 😊 The lunch time sessions are perfect too for those days where you need the extra push or cant make the mornings and evenings. I think they're a great idea for breaking up your day. They help me to feel more motivated in the afternoon and stay on track. They're ideal for those who have children and need to do the morning school run. Perfect timing. 10 out of 10.

Absolutely love how welcoming and friendly everyone is. So motivational. The classes are fab.

I’ve just completed my first week and I can’t praise the AK active team enough.
I was really nervous about attending my first class but was instantly greeted by friendly faces. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly while encouraging you to push yourself that bit more- looking forward to the next few weeks.

I joined AK Active 1 week ago. I can honestly say it’s been amazing from day 1 - speaking with Kimberley who made me feel confident and motivated. Attending my first gym session greeted by a big smile and warm welcome from Adam. The group of women I’m training with are amazing. The sessions are fantastic and lead by a brilliant trainer - (thx Adam)! The food plan is easy to follow and lots of variety.
