I have ordered an item on 21 oct and it's not delivered yet on their delivery partner service it shows order cancelled and whenever I try to call their customer care they all say 1 repeated answer we can not cancel order because its in shippment as of delivery date is 27 oct then 30 oct then 2 nov this is how they just irritate us

Extremely disappointing experience. They delay refunds, ignore customer requests, and even send incorrect products. To make matters worse, they don’t arrange timely pickups and offer no proper resolution. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional service, definitely not recommended.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an item ordered on AJIO luxe if value Rs 50,000 TODD shoes
For last few days Iam not getting response from either of you both companies
Details & issue:
Original order placed on 20th September for shoes elivered on 25 th September- wrong size so a new exchange order was placed
The replacement pair (size UK 8.5) was dispatched on 26th
The tracking status shows it arrived at the Delhivery facility in Ahmedabad on29 th September and then every two days it keeps on changing has remained “In Transit” with no movement since then.
Promised delivery dates (30 Sept → 3 Oct → 9 Oct-> 10 October ) have all lapsed.
This delay is highly unacceptable for a premium exchange order.
Despite multiple phone calls and emails AJIO has not responded and replied . I will recommend people not to purchase from AJIO due to extremely poor customer support.

I am not at all satisfied with the customer care & services. The products are good and expensive. Ajio has allowed them to pay loyalty to their workers to fool people & get dirty work done. Hats-off to Ajio for pathetic services. Keep it up. Nothing lesser than a scam.

I have kept cancellation but my amount they have not returned yet when I am trying to call customer care they are not responding me not giving my amount such a useless and fraud. You will not get success if you eat someone's money

Worst service, ordered 10 days before. delivery date gone already but no track record and no one available for chat and call.

I initiated a return for order #[RT 193073592] more than two weeks ago and am still waiting for a pickup. Every day, I get notifications saying "Out for pickup," but no one ever shows up or calls. I've spent hours on the phone with customer care, only to be met with scripted apologies and no real solution. They simply raise a new complaint and extend the date, trapping me in an endless loop. This is completely unacceptable. Ajio, if your "easy returns" process doesn't work, don't advertise it. My money is stuck, and your customer service is unhelpful.

Worse experience. Pickup done but not updated and no refund done. The customer care service is uncooperative and just keep on delaying the decision. Does not respond to calls or emails.

If there is 0 rating ,I would be give them ..most fake froud aap I have seen in my life Ajio .they take return product and deny to me that they don't pick. And take a product and don't issue refund to me . Have send them recorded video of pickup even after they deny they have not piked.That's why they have not take
success in customer option.hope fully this bakwas aap vanish from shoping industry so that customer not face this kind of froud.

They didn't accept a return for a defective item that they sent to me. I needed to share the images with customer support. It's an extremely ludicrous system that asks you to send everything under 15 MBs. As a customer, it's a long process, and even after sharing, I haven't received a reply from them. They won't reply to you until the return period is over. It's a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AJIO.

Ajio bakwas hai isme Mera pesa kha liya mene product return Kiya aur ab mera pesa return mahi kar raha hai jhuth bolkar mera product bhi le liya aur pese bhi nahi diya aur roj call karke mujhe mentally pareshan kar raha hai don't trust ajio koi isse saman na kharide

Worst...most of the time u receive products without tags...so u cannot return them..They do it on purpose so u cannot return the products...no value for customer satisfaction..

Pathetic customer service, they take ages to provide a resolution, pathetic delivery service and reverse pickup , BAN AJIO , DONT BUY FROM AJIO ! ❌❌❌❌

It is a fraud company.there is no refund in this company so don't buy it . Don't trust this company

Worst experience in terms of return refund exchange. Also took longer time for return refund. You will not be able to use wallet balance until you shop more than 2k or 3k then what is the point providing the wallet balance . Myntra service is far better and very quick service.

I wish i could give rating in negatives . I had committed a biggest mistake placing order with ajio . Few days back i wrote the review and guess what since then till now i am just struggling in getting my money back .
Their delivery agents are fraudsters . Please stop placing order on this website . Their delivery guy took away my product and after a day he rejected it stating it does not pass quality check .Now company is saying reinitiate it , but irony is product is no longer with me and now they haven't initiated my refund .That delivery guy scammed me . He should have the checked quality at door step , but he took away , and i thought everything is good .
They are fraudsters , i am not going to spare them .

Very worst refund policy, they didn't refund my amount but the status changed to refund successfully credited to bank account in the website. And I called the customer care service they didn't help me out but told it's initiated from their side but didn't reach my bank account. I even provided my bank statement there was so credit of amount but still they kept telling the same thing. Similar issue happened thrice, this is such a scam and worst online platform.

AJIO’s return process was frustrating—my return request was rejected twice without any pickup attempt, and even after collection, I kept getting cancellation messages. I had to do multiple follow-ups with AJIO customer care and their delivery partner Delhivery. A simple process was made horrible due to poor coordination."If zero star available I would like to give zero star.
