A big thank‑you to our trainer, Abdul (AJ). His deep knowledge and patience really stood out. He explained concepts clearly and used practical, real‑world examples that connected the material to situations a contact center professional may encounter in day‑to‑day work.

What I appreciated most was that the training went beyond basic system administration and call flows. It included hands‑on scenarios for BYOC with cloud SBC, as well as API integration with third‑party applications such as Salesforce, Twilio, and ServiceNow. These practical exercises significantly strengthened my understanding of how the platform behaves in real environments.

Every course i have taken from Jaseem is awsome in a way that its structured and well thought cotaining touch bases on the prod environment. I like the question answer round as we clear our doubts as well in here.
