It took me two months to receive my pillow. It was awful. I put in for a refund and I have an email stating that if I keep the pillow, they will refund 70% of my purchase. It is now four months and I still have not received it. This company is an absolute scam. Stay away with a 10 foot pole.

Ordered 2 CPAP pillow and knee pillows Dec 23, 2025. As of Feb 16, 2026, I have not received any products ordered. I have plenty of emails saying its on its way. The have offered 20% refund and wait on products, but never received it. I requested a full refund and they will not respond now.

I ordered their pillow on Dec 23, 2025 and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent over a dozen emails, they reply with options including a refund which I’ve asked for many times and still no refund!! This company is a joke. DONT ORDER from them. It’s a waste of money.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. My order was shipped on 12/27/25. I’ve never received it and now it’s 2/16/26. I can’t get them to respond to my emails or nothing. They apparently have no phone number because I can’t find one. I guess I’ve lost $89

Ordered January 6, 2026… promised delivery on EVERY EMAIL I GET EVERYDAY for new orders promises “quick 3-5 day delivery”. When I contact them… ) which I’ve done many times) I get an AI generated response promising that they are still processing my order and will notify me when it is shipped…. The same word for word response I get EACH time I contact them…. This company must be a scam! I wish I would have seen these reviews BEFORE they got my money! 😡😡😡

Ordered 2 months ago. Haven't received it yet and would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

If I could give them a a zero star I would. I ordered in December and to date I still don't have any update from them. I have inquired 3 times and they do not respond so I am looking at legal action now. Total scam artists. Don't waste your money

I ordered two pillows 3 months ago and have not received anything. I’ve reached out and they said my order is in transit and offered a 30% refund but never gave it to me. I’ve asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and they just ignore me. TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered pillow on 9 Dec 25. Still have not received pillow or tracking info. Looks like drop ship from China. Company hard to deal with. Gave excuses about more business than anticipated. Only offered a partial refund. Stay away.

This has been a upsetting purchase. Ordered December 31st 2025 and they took my money next day from my bank. Have sent numerous emails and tried calling. No response filed a fraud with my bank. And on bbb still nothing they stole 64.00 from me. Discusting company.

This is a scam site. I placed an order at the beginning of December 2025. I have tried multiple times to contact them for a refund. They will ignore you. The tracking number doesn't work. Also, the order number says it's invalid.

I really wish I could write a zero about this company.
I ordered the two pillows, the pillowcases and some eye cover things that was back in December 22
Thank God, I went through my PayPal because they got my money back after 2 1/2 months.
What's sad is that they put these pillows for older people to look at this ad and they think they're a good deal. They're trying to scam everybody.
They sent me an email saying they'd give me a third of my what I spent for the pillows and my pillows were still in transit which they would never give me the number for the invoice or the tracking number they would never give that
And to top it all off, they're still sending me emails wanting me to buy from them so buyers beware do not buy this pillow do not deal with this company. They are scams if you can go to your credit card company or PayPal or whichever one you pay through it get your money back let's stop these people for scamming everybody and how cruel and mean are they? I really hope everyone that bought from them will get their money back.
Why don't they find a real job and study trying to pray on innocent people get them off of Amazon you know darn well you'll get them through them. That's what we had to do. We didn't buy their company. We bought other one.

This company is a scam. I can’t review the product to verify if they really produce anything, as it’s been 6 weeks since I ordered it. Email after email; the same response, it has been shipped but they don’t provide tracking detail or any detail. The cadence of the email reply’s seems to be robotic and probably a bot. Do not waste your hard earned money with them.

If I could give it a ZERO I would!!! Order placed 12/30, we have yet to revive anything!!! I have called and emailed, respones one time was to say sorry that the order was on its way and to offer a 20% refund (never got that either).

I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE OR RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF REFUND!!! AT THIS POINT I WANT A FULL REFUND AND TO CANCEL MY ORDER!!!!!! I WILL BE SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AS TO YOUR COMPANY WORK PRACTICE.

We still haven't received the 20% refund you talked about, at this time I am requesting a full refund and to cancel the order. We have not received it or any tracking information about when it will arrive. I will be contacting the BBB in regards to how you do business and the lack of response to most all communications I have sent. Please reply to this message with verification of full refund/cancelation of order.

About 3 months and still waiting for my pillow, they only take your money

This company is a scam. They are not BBB accredited and have many many complaints against them. They continue to mass-market their pillow despite having very significant fulfillment issues and no intention of issuing refunds. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't received my pillow and have spoken to 5 people (probably bots) including a manager who was complaining about all the complaints/bad reviews and still has not processed my refund. Lesson learned, money lost, don't buy things from social media ads.

I would give this company a zero if possible. I never received the order. They took my money immediately. I requested a full refund several times with not resolution. They scammed me out of money.

I ordered on 12/26/25. I still have not received the pillows. I have tried emailing and contacting the company with no resolution. I emailed and asked for cancellation and refund and received no responses.
I have filed a complaint/dispute with my credit card company for fraud

If I could give this SCAM organization a ZERO rating, I would. Credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY upon placing order as expected. Waited MONTHS, despite their 5 day shipping guarantee. Never received my item. No response to multiple emails. No tracking information available. "No order found" is the message on tracking page. DO NOT ORDER FROM AIRWAY TECHNOLOGY - it is a SCAM - fraudulently billing customers.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I never received my cervical neck pillow that I ordered back in December. I am going to report them to my credit card company so hopefully can get the charge removed. Total scam!
