SCAMMERS! FRAUDSTERS!
I booked a flight and paid, someone called to tell me I should alter the dates and pay more by £200, they gave alternatives of cheap flights but their prices pretty higher than the airline itself.
I had to ask for refund which they took me back and forth with emails lying to me that they have initiated the refund. Thanks to Lloyds bank fraud department I got my money back

Avoid this company at all costs!!
I booked a ticket on the airwaay website and they called me back saying I had to pay more money for the return flight, I immediately refused and I wanted to cancel the booking and "Ralph" said let me speak to the manager and he replied that I didn't have to pay anything extra. I waited 48 hours and still hadn't received the ticket or ticket number so I called them and they said I had to wait two weeks. Every time I called them they gave me a new date. I said to them if I don't get the ticket I want to cancel the booking and they said their company's full funding policy is 30 days and if I want to cancel now it will cost me £147. So I waited 30 days and I still didn't get the ticket and there were only 3 weeks left until my travel date so I called them to ask for a refund and they still asked me to wait a few more days and I re-topped and after all this trouble they finally agreed to refund my money. Then sent me an email on the 1st of March confirming the cancellation and now it's the 30th of April and I still haven't got my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have used Airwaay from past 3 years and really trust Lia with our family trip. We love the resort recomended by them, and the flight service was also good because they upgraded us in more comfortable class with a reasonable price and also selected seats for us. Lia went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate them and their service!

Dealing with Travel Crew and, by association, Airwaay has been exhausting. 

I have been the subject of deceptive practices. To call the service poor is putting it very mildly. 

From cancelled flights to cancelled car hire, every single step of this journey has been a failure. I will never use ANY travel company again, let alone Travel Crew, due to the experience I have had over the last 6 months. 

I fear for the next customer who will inevitably be conned and cajoled into handing over their hard-earned money to the crooks in this company.

I have a history in customer service, sales and retail. Never in my life have I dealt with such blaggers. If you do something wrong, or make mistakes, then the best policy it transparency. But im stead, Travel Crew lie over and over again to save face. Even when presented with evidence of their poor practices, I was met with an attitude of indifference. 

"Ralph" told me that my concerns were irrelevant when my flight was cancelled due to lack of payment by Travel Crew.

"Leo" gave multiple false timescales of when refunds would be made.

"Steve" provided false information on company email addresses when requested.

These failures are the tip of a very large iceberg when it comes to the poor working practices of this business. 
Instead of being able to look forward to a beautiful holiday, I spent the run up with the stress of chasing flights. It even got to the stage of me calling my bank because I feared I was the victim of a scam. I had to seek legal advice to pursue a criminal and civil claim against Travel Crew.

Even after, by some miracle, managing to get to Australia, I have had a holiday of a lifetime ruined by more issued on arrival. Having to contact the company on the day of my friend's wedding as I was left with no car hire on arrival. 

Travel Crew claim to have processed a refund of £430 for the cancelled car hire but I am yet to receive any funds. I have contacted my bank who cannot see any pending transactions.

How I have been treated throughout this experience has been nothing shy of disgusting.  I am exhausted with the false promises and the flat out lies that are made over and over again.

Do not buy from these scammers. I purchased an Emirates flight to Australia on 17/01/2025 for travel date of 16/04/25. I received a call from Airwaays friendly rep 'Henry ' on the evening of my booking confirming my travel plans. I also received an email of the same detail.
However. The following evening Henry called to say my flight connection was no longer available at the price I had paid. He suggested he could offer an upgrade allowing 30kgs of luggage (nothing different to the normal) and that I could confirm seat booking, again nothing different to the norm, and that it would cost me an additional £130!!!
Immediately I told Henry to refund my payment and forget this conversation happened. After numerous calls to these sharks and two separate emails promising refund within 14 days I finally had to persue a refund through my American Express credit card team after waiting almost two months. Incidentally. I was directed through to these scammers via a Skyscanner search so I trusted they were a safe purchase.

Please avoid this company at all costs. They never provide a valid ticket number, and after countless emails and phone calls, they still failed to give me any proper answers. Instead, I was met with rudeness — especially from a customer assistant named Dona, who was extremely unprofessional. She even shouted at me during a call and then hung up. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I’m genuinely warning others: do not trust this website and do not buy anything from them. After I requested a refund, I was told it would take 21 days — which makes it seem like they’re just collecting money from customers and using it for other purposes.

I even checked with the airport and multiple airlines, and they confirmed that my “ticket number” does not exist in any system. That says it all.

Please save yourself the stress, time, and money — stay away from this company.

Advertised a flight on Chep Flights they had no intention of providing but took payment up front. Phoned next day and told me I had booked a flight that was not available and tried to upsell. I demanded they cancel, they agreed but said 21 working days I pointed out it needed to be 14 days so they agreed. After 14 days I contacted them but someone helped told me it had to be 21 working days. After the 21 days they claimed it was delayed for another 10 days. I stopped chasing them and have applied for a charge back on the credit card. They are con men offering flights they have no intention of providing and liars about processing the refund. Avoid them like the plague, they should lose their license to trade

Travexpert Ltd (Airwaay) are listing and selling flights they clearly do not have control over. I booked a business class ticket, only to receive an email the following day stating the flight could no longer be honoured due to a “change” in availability. This was not a minor schedule change — they simply couldn’t supply what was advertised and sold.

At that point, if you've already made associated travel arrangements (hotels, parking, etc), your hands are tied. You’re given little option but to cancel the booking. They then inform you that a refund will take 21 working days — already a breach of UK Consumer Rights law, which allows a maximum of 14 calendar days for refunds.

To make matters worse, once the 21-day mark passes, they extend it by another 10 working days, with no guarantee it won’t be pushed out further. It’s a clear tactic to delay and avoid responsibility.

If you’re considering using this company, be aware that your only real recourse may be a chargeback through your card provider or pursuing the matter via the Small Claims Court.

Deal with extreme caution. This isn’t just poor service it’s systemic misrepresentation and non-compliance with basic consumer law.

Is very very bad company I never seen in my life.. I would like to tell everybody please be careful with this company. I never get the refund back, they say will give full refund in 3 weeks.. but I keep waiting it until 5 weeks . They do nothing and say nothing to me. No email ,No text, They try to ignore .but I go to the bank and try to talk to them, the bank is pay my money back ,not this company. I booked them through cheap flights.com. At first it was a nightmare to get the tickets as they always found ways to increase fares. After waiting 3 weeks they release tickets 4 days prior of boarding. Airline cancels flights due to bad weather and Airline promises to offer FULL REFUND. I contact them. OMG.'they tell me airline only offers 50% refund'. After scaring them to sue them they make me wait 7 weeks. I hear processing time. After 7 weeks wait they refuse to offer refund. Thats when my credit card company intervenes and I finally
get a refund by force. NEVER TO DEAL WITH THIS INDIAN FAMILY

I dealt with Leo from the start of booking my trip and he was excellent throughout , and kept me fully informed, I highly recommend this company, many thanks Steve Bowen.

Steve is very helpful, professional and efficient. He sorted my change of flight. And the company got me a great deal all round.

I booked flights through this company believing I was getting 25kg of checked baggage, as clearly advertised on their website (even now). Hours later, they called to say only 7kg was included – a blatant contradiction. When I challenged this, I was met with evasive answers and an unwillingness to escalate.

I’ve received no formal flight confirmation, no explanation, and no accountability. This feels like a deliberate attempt to charge extra post-purchase. I’ve reported the issue to AMEX and will be taking it to ATOL.

I rarely leave reviews, but this level of service is appalling. You’ve been warned.

I made a big mistake and Floyd helped me in the nick of time. Excellent service. highly recommend.
