Despite stating 'No Extra Fees at LHR Airport' on the booking still had to pay £7.50 when leaving T5 car park. I contacted company for refund and have not had a response.

Seamless experience! Easy to follow process, letting us get on our way in the most stress-free way possible.

Where to start. Let's list this in bullet points:
- Driver did not turn up and had to source last minute parking
- Emailed to ask for a refund as no service was provided and was told I must have rang the wrong number 25 times!
- Cancellation issued, but forgot to issue the refund which I chased weeks later.
- NO FULL REFUND RECEIVED! Booking fee was charged. Let me repeat, the driver did not turn up! No service was provided! There is no booking fee to be charged to the customer!
- I love this reply from Phil: Hi Bianca, it’s basic ecommerce terms and conditions with every single website in the whole world.
Let me give you a word of advice Phil. You don't know who you are talking to. Maybe, just maybe, you are speaking to a Financial Controller that manages an E-commerce team. I hope your company is going to send you back to do some training on common practices and best practices.
- Phil confirmed as a gesture of good will that they are going to refund the booking fee -NOT RECEIVED!
- I was offered at first a free meet and greet for my next airport parking which has changed to 35% now.

An overall bad joke in my opinion.

This is the first time that we used the meet and greet service at Heathrow Airport.
Everything was fine and a call was made to confirm arrival of the driver .
We weren’t aware that we had to pay the ticket for the driver to come into the car park. This was informed to us when he arrived.

Competitive rates and really easy to book with clear instructions on the confirmation email. They were waiting for us when we arrived at the car park and again when we returned. Really easy to use. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I cancelled within the deadline of the cancellation period, but I have waited 17 working days still did not received my refund. Spoke with customer service a couple of times, but they are not helping me with this refund. I am really disappointed with their customer service and am still waiting for my refund. will never recommend this company .

Called 30 minutes before arrival. First call no answer. Second call no answer so left voicemail. Arrived at Heathrow T5. They have no desk by the lifts like other operators and even other representatives said that he will ‚hopefully’ turn up and we’re not surprised he didn’t answer. The problem is I don’t know who ‚he’ is and instructions say this company representatives will be at lift lobby. The man has answered saying he will be with me in 10-12 minutes. That was 10 minutes after my arrival. At 6:10 before departure at 7:35 no one arrived. 19 calls between 5:35 and 6:05 and none were answered. This is a message to warn anyone thinking of taking them not to do it and secondary to keep paper trail for trading standards and refund. I was saved by meet and greet who accepted same day booking at cost of £250 against almost £70 for this company. Do not be fooled. The price of parking with these guys was more or less in line with others and certainly not the cheapest.

My only criticism is that I have booked on 3 occasions and would have expected some form of loyalty discount on 3rd booking

easy to navigate and fill in the required information. Not travelling till November so hope the reality is as tidy as the booking.

This service was faultless. I followed the instructions of when to phone the number provided. There was a member of staff waiting at the meeting place in the short stay car park at EMA when we arrived. It only took a few minutes to hand over. When we arrived back we phoned the number once we'd got our luggage and by the time we got out to the meeting point the car was waiting for us. Have booked again for another holiday.

Good website with very competitive pricing. They are a third party and not the actual parking company themselves, however the company we chose were very good and no issues whatsoever. Will use both companies again in the future.

Always on time and the easiest and cheapest way to park at meet and greet

It was not clear on the booking form that there was no desk at the airport and that we had to phone 30 minutes before arrival to arrange for someone to meet us (not easy when driving on the motorway). We had to wait 50 minutes for our car to be delivered when we returned despite having phoned from the baggage area to say that we were ready for our car.
We had to pay £7.50 to exit the car park despite the booking saying all car park fees were included
