Extremely disappointed
I booked Heathrow meet and greet parking via this website. On the day of departure, I called the provider 30 minutes before arriving at Terminal 4, as instructed. They told me to call again once I reached the car park. When I called again upon arrival, the person on the phone spoke very rudely and claimed I should have called 30 minutes earlier. When I explained that I had already done so, he said the driver would arrive within 20 minutes. However, the driver only arrived after one hour.
As a result of this delay, I was charged additional parking fees. Although I was supposed to pay £8, the driver demanded extra money because the car had been parked for over an hour. No receipt was provided, and I was forced to rush to catch my flight.
The situation worsened upon my return. After collecting my luggage, I contacted the provider and was told that my keys had been mixed up. When I informed them I had a spare key, they then said the location where my car was parked was locked. I was advised to take a taxi and assured that I would receive full compensation. I was also told to collect my car the following morning between 9:00 and 10:00, and that they would call to confirm.
After waiting until 10:00 without any communication, I called them myself and was told the car was ready. However, when I arrived, the car was not there. Despite calling 30 minutes before arrival, I had to wait over three hours and make multiple calls before my car was finally delivered. I was then told that the key had been left on top of the wheel, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and security of my vehicle.
I am extremely disappointed that such a company is allowed to operate through this platform. This experience caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional costs.
