We booked a driver from London to our cruise port of Dover. Silous was our driver. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional and helpful in getting us settled in with our luggage stowed. On the nearly 2 hour journey he told us about life in the UK and information about the areas where we were traveling. We had a prearranged stop at the Cliffs of Dover and he was so accommodating to our needs while we were taking a short hike for a bit of site seeing before heading to the ship. At the port he assisted the porter with our luggage. We were so pleased with this service.

Roshan was very courteous,kind and friendly. He was also helpful in lugging our luggage from Heathrow’s Terminal 2 (Caffe Nero) to the car park where the vehicle was parked. The VW was clean and spacious. Roshan did a great job in driving us safely to our destination. Thank you kindly, Roshan!

The booking software could be more intuitive and guide you better through the booking process.
There was some confusion—perhaps a case of something getting lost in translation—which led to uncertainty about whether the pickup would take place at the right time.
Pickup, the journey, and drop-off were punctual and safe.

The booking website interface was clean, thorough and worked very well to capture my exact requirements. The service was priced very competitively. Once i made my booking in the website (around 10:30pm UK time), it was checked by staff and a confirmation email was sent to me within 2 hours. The driver assigned to me was friendly and helpful, especially helpful with moving our luggage into his van at the airport, and to our front door at the end of the trip. Great service all round, will definitely use for future airport trips.
