Leggendo le varie recensioni avevo perso le speranze,però lo staff airness e stato al altezza e ha risolto in modo eccellente il mio problema. Ero in vacanza a Roma e mi sono recata nel loro store,dove abbiamo preso due paia di Jordan 1,una per me è una per mio marito. Mi sono fidata della taglia scritta sulla scatola e non ho controllato il numero di tutte e due le scarpe,arrivata a casa (a 700km distante da Roma)mi sono resa conto che erano spaiate,una il numero giusto e l’altra mezzo numero più piccolo.Chiamo lo store di Roma,e mi dicono di mandare un email esponendo il problema. Nel giro di 24h mi hanno risposto che hanno trovato il mio numero nello store di Milano,e le posso cambiare nello store oppure farmele spedire a casa dopo aver reso le sbagliate. La fortuna e stata che dovevo venire a Milano per lavoro il fine settimana,mi reco nello store indicato nel email,staff gentilissimo,hanno fatto il cambio al instante. Ottimo servizio,con una vasta gamma di prodotti a prezzi onesti. Se li raccomando? Siiii

NON COMPRATE DA AIRNESS NON SONO SERI

Voglio dare 5 stelle su un disguido perchè lavorando possono capitare ma risolverli bene non è da tutti...
Ho ordinato sul sito un paio di scarpe che alla spedizione purtroppo il numero richiesto era esaurito; sono stato prontamente contattato per telefono e mi hanno proposto il rimborso, o la sostituzione con un altro modello anche più costoso (soluzione che ho accettato).
Pienamente soddisfatto nonostante il disguido; grazie.

People only leave a review if they have a bad experience. I ordered a pair of shoes outside Italy and they arrived in time. If you happen to have problems with them not delivering an order you can go to your bank and request a chargeback. The only complaint I have is that they didnt give me a tracking number and i woke up with a message from FedEx today.

I made a complaint about some basketball shoes, which, after 3 months of use only on the playing field, had holes in the shoes' air pockets. They asked for the sneakers to be returned and I sent them by mail to evaluate the material. They issued a voucher that cannot be used because it does not grant the discount. In addition, we have already exchanged 14 emails and they do not resolve the situation, nor does the voucher work, nor do they return the money. they are not professionals, I consider it a dishonest company. Shop with 0 customer support, they are not responding to e-mails its impossible to get in touch via the phone number they have on their site. If you will experience any trouble regarding your order you wont get any help

Ho acquistato delle nike blazer a un prezzo fantastico, dal momento dell'ordine alla consegna sono passati 8 giorni. Quindi, a parte questo lieve ritardo, valuto l'esperienza più che positiva.

I send back them shoes like return, now they dont want give me my refund and dont answer on my mails.

Buongiorno, volevo fare questa recensione in quanto, visto tutte quelle negative, stavo per non acquistare su questo sito . Devo dire invece che ho acquistato un paio di sneakers Nike Jordan mid true blue ( non facili da trovare ) e sono arrivate perfette in 2 giorni.

Fckn fake site, they take your money and don't send anything, they don't answer emails.

Ordino un paio di scarpe per un regalo natalizio,mio figlio apre la scatola le calza e una è spaccata all interno,dopo un mese di mail e telefonate infruttuose corredate da foto del difetto passo al piano B.
Colpo di scena mia moglie è avvocato e riesce a trovare la loro mail certificata che ovviamente non rendono pubblica così dopo varie ingiunzioni abbassano la cresta per paura di finire davanti al giudice di pace e rimborsano il dovuto.
Sono dei truffatori,se proprio dovete le scarpe andate a comprarle in negozio perché online è come giocare alla roulette russa. Mai più serietà zero

Ordino delle Greek Freak 3, a metà settembre , le scarpe dopo un mese e mezzo completamente spaccate sotto entrambe le suole (difettose al 100%).
Nessuna risposta a mail e chiamate,personale maleducato e menefreghista.

Pessima esperienza: acquistato il 26/08 le scarpe TRC Blaze Court della Puma, 5 gg dopo dei nostri amici, che avevano acquistato il modello prima di noi, si ritrovano con due linguette della suola che si sono scollate. Succede anche la noi la stessa identica cosa. Andiamo nel negozio di Roma entro i 14gg previsti, dove ci dicono che dobbiamo scrivere una email che scriviamo il giorno stesso. Il 13/09 telefoniamo e ci dicono che hanno ricevuto l'email e che solleciteranno anche loro una risposta (da chi!?). Oggi 19/09 siamo ancora in attesa di avere delucidazioni e soprattutto il rimborso di quanto speso. Trovo la cosa vergognosa!!!!

totalmente dei truffatori, ho acquistato delle scarpe e mi arriva solamente la scatola vuota!! chiamo e mando mail con annesse foto mi dicono che mi faranno sapere poi più nulla, sostanzialmente sono dei ladri e truffatori!! pensateci due volte prima di acquistare

I bought multiple items for them most worked , but one the size wasn't right. I email on multiple occasions and they just plan out ignore you. If i could I would give 0 stars lf u could, because the there is no customer service all the seemingly care about is getting your money and then they could not care about anything else after. Do yourself a favour and go to a proper retail who will actually deal with you if you have an issue with your purchase. One of the worst experience I've had with a company.
