An unauthorised charge of £63 was taken from my account for an airbrush transaction and associated subscription that I never selected, requested, agreed to, or consented to. I did not authorise any £63 subscription under any circumstances.

This action constitutes financial abuse and unauthorised withdrawal of funds. The amount taken represented the last money I had available, causing immediate financial distress. Such conduct is not only unethical but raises serious concerns of fraudulent practice and consumer law violations.

I am demanding an immediate chargeback and full refund. Any delay, refusal, or failure to act will result in legal proceedings being initiated without further notice, alongside escalation to my bank, regulators, and law enforcement. This matter has already been treated and reported as fraud.

You are required to rectify this instantly. Continued retention of these funds will be regarded as deliberate financial misconduct and pursued accordingly.

Widerruf direkt nach dem Kauf erklärt (gesetzlich 14 Tage). Händler verweigert die Rückabwicklung und beruft sich auf interne Richtlinien („nur bei Defekt“, „2-Stunden-Fenster“).
Kontakt per E-Mail kaum möglich (No-Reply), stattdessen nur Rabattangebote statt Rücksendung.
Fall liegt bei PayPal.
Vorsicht bei diesem Anbieter.

Leider bin ich voll drauf gereingefallen. Das Produkt hat schlechte Qualität.. alles reines Plastik. Wird super beworben, man sollte sich halt vorher schlau machen… Produkt kann nicht mehr zurückgeschickt werden. Das Geld könnte man auch zum Fenster hinauswerfen.

The only way I can sign up however, is to click on “Try for Free”, which then gives you a week for free and then on 8th of January 2026 it’ll renew, costing $199/year. Even if I add 25% in taxes to the $21.49, it doesn’t come to $199/year. This number isn’t right. Unless I’m missing something? This is fishy.

The site first gives three free attempts, rejects all images without exception, counts the refusals as completed tasks, and still demands you pull out your credit card.

Don't even think of uploading swim photos to this site, this site is run by a bunch of censorship hungry clowns.

Scam, it claims it's free when it's not. Plus, not only it didn't remove the watermark from my video, it also added its own on top of that, so now the video has 2 watermarks.

I strongly advise against using Airbrush/AirVid. They advertise a promotional price, but after signing up, they charge a completely different (and higher) amount without clear notice or consent. When I tried to contact support, my emails were ignored for days. The few times they did reply, the responses were vague and didn’t address my specific questions. They refuse to issue a proper refund and seem to do everything to avoid resolving the issue. This company feels like a scam – stay away.

Scammers! I signed up for the 7-day trial and canceled it after a couple of days, but they still charged me!

Der Air Brush entspricht absolut nicht meinen Erwartungen. Er ist nicht stufenlos einstellbar und somit sehr laut und viel zu stark.
Auf meine Frage, ob er zurückgesendet werden kann bekam ich die Antwort, das eine Rücksendung aus dem von mir angegebenen Grund nicht möglich ist. Ein sehr schlechter Kundenservice!

Hält nicht das, was es verspricht. Lieferung ging schnell und das Gerät ist günstig. Dafür gibt es den 1 Stern. War schon gespannt, da das Gerät auf einmal einen Chinesischen Versand hatte.
Billige Platikverarbeitung. Ganz knapp gehaltene Gebrauchsanweisung, natürlich nur auf Englisch. Der Rest ist einfach nur minderwertige Ware. Keine Ahnung, wie die auf eine Bewertung 9,8 von 10 gekommen sind. Es hiess: Bestellung Alternative zum hochwertigen Gerät. Sorry, das trifft überhaupt nicht zu. Man darf gespannt sein, wie die Retoure und die Rückzahlung läuft.

Vorsicht, es gibt kein Probeabo. Aus dem 7 tägiges Probeabo wird ungewollt ein 1 jähriges Abo für 49,99€.

Fraudulently advertised as a 7 day free trial - signed up for this and wasn’t granted access to any premium features so cancelled my subscription the same day. £50 was then taken out of my account one week later, Apple are refusing to refund my money. Messaged AirBrush on Instagram a week ago and have been ignored so have now sent an email but am predicting this will be ignored also. Next step will be taking legal action.
