Great app
Great app. I had to use it once. I booked an online appointment, I had an appointment in less than an hour. Everything went very smoothly. I was very lucky to had this appointment with great doctor, but that was a bonus not related much to the app.

Fast access to great doctors (Europe + U.S. experience)
I’ve had an excellent experience with Air Doctor. The platform is truly user-friendly and makes it easy to find and meet with a doctor quickly.
I first used Air Doctor while traveling in Europe last summer, and it was an amazing service to have as a foreign traveler — I was able to get the antibiotics I needed without the stress of navigating an unfamiliar healthcare system. I live in the United States and now use Air Doctor here as well, and it’s been just as smooth.
It’s quick, easy, and the doctors I’ve met with have been top-notch: professional, thorough, and timely, with great follow-through. This is an unbelievable service, and I really hope Air Doctor doesn’t change its current platform or processes. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied
I was very satisfied with the overall experience with Air Doctor. The matching was easy, my doctor was professional, I got the exact medications I needed. One thing to highlight is that, the doctor made a small mistake in the note and I contacted Air Doctor customer service to help me contact the doctor and they were very fast and diligent to do it right away so I received the correct note within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Air Doctor to anyone.

South African Travel
Traveling in South Africa and during an Uber ride my driver hit the car in front of him. The app let me log my symptoms and schedule the doctor to come to my home. Very smooth and seamless process.

Injured my knee
Injured my knee, couldn't walk, while in Medellin.
Air doctor came up on my first search for help and I went with it.
I received treatment and advice from a very accommodating doctor close by to my area.
Would definitely use again, but hope I never have to.

Seamless, easy process.
We’re in Cancun and my 3 year old has gotten poorly. We used Airdoctor through our travel insurance and what a seamless, easy process it was. Requested the appointment by saying what was wrong with my 3 year old and with in 5 mins we had an appointment, along with clear instructions on how to get there. (It does also offer home visits). VERY impressed and happy with the is service.
