Such a waste of time and money. The customer service is basically non-existent, and the number of bugs is unbelievable.

I signed up as a brand and tried to find influencers to collaborate with, but most of the accounts are just random Instagram profiles rather than real influencers. Even worse, the big names they claim are on their platform don't even seem to know the platform exists!

What a scam.

Worst platform I’ve used. Full of bugs, unreliable, and extremely frustrating to work with. The support is even worse; getting a response is difficult, and when you need help, it feels like nobody is there. Very disappointing experience overall.

Totally scam! The influencers are not influencers they're just random accounts found on IG.

They require you to fund your wallet with a WHOPPING $2500 before you can message a creator. Absolutely ridiculous business model.

It's a scam. Those influencers are fake. Once you paid, there is no respond until you ask for a refund. The customer service will not issue a refund whatsoever. They will keep your "deal" open and finding every possible reason why they will not refund you while the task is not fulfilled. It's been 3 months I am asking for a refund...

I have been using Ainfluencer for more than a year now. I have tried several other Apps/Services that fall into this category and they truly stand out from the pack. I have had every experience you can imagine, brands that didn't communicate well, Brands that were bound and determined not to pay, Ive been late and lost contracts on the platform, and they have always been fair and had my back when I deserved it and when I messed up they made sure to educate me on how to do better on the next collaboration. They have a huge selection of Brands in every category too! I would easily recommend these guys to any influencer whether they are just starting out or are a seasoned pro. My is experience with this app was really great. I applied for a lot of campaigns on here and I got one of them and I love that. It was really easy. Just put was your price and it will either deny it or accept the price that you put or you can change the price to fit their budget. I love that.
