I regret subscribing to AIHR. The course content did not meet my expectations, and the website’s functionality made the learning experience frustrating. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely terrible. I requested a refund and cancellation of my subscription, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a response.

It’s unacceptable for a professional development platform to have such poor support and disregard for its customers. If you’re considering subscribing, think twice—there are far better options out there with responsive support and better course value.
