Usage is limited now
As of last week I was able to use the AI Ease tools on both the website and mobile app without restrictions. However, now I'm getting a message, "Feature Usage Exceeded," after just 2-3 uses of the Face Swap tool and other tools. After getting this message, I can no longer use the tools. It appears they've gone the paywall route without any forewarning.

The app is fun to use on my iPhone and is almost flawless. The hair change is lacking colors and styles, but does work with the color pallet provided. I have been receiving "feature usage exceeded" message which allows to return to previous picture to correct the use, but once the message has been received no other changes are allowed. I appreciate not having to reboot the app, but I cannot find on any internet search what can be done to correct the error.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand your frustration.
To help you with adding glasses to your photos, we recommend using our AI Replacer tool. You can upload your image and describe the area and object you'd like to replace in the prompt box. To acheieve a more precise replacement, you can select the "Manual" option, where you can use the brush tool to paint over the area you'd like to modify. For better results, we have tested and found that adding a prompt like "Add glasses to the character in the image" works well.
Please try again, and if you encounter any further issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us through our official support channels. We’re here to assist you and improve your experience!
