Great taste - great packaging - great brand. The lemon and ginger Remedio is a particular favourite.

These products are amazing! Love love the remedio. And the water Kefir is so good too!

The Remedio is a product I swear by, I've been having it for at least 18 months and I strongly believe (I might be wrong) but I haven't been sick since. The fermented goodies are delightful.

Tried the Remedio mixed with hot water and it was great as an alternative to a herbal tea. The kefir water drinks are nice too - some good flavours, particularly blood orange!

Love this brand! Ordered a selection from the website and everything arrived well packaged. Obsessed with the water kefir - particularly the raspberry and passion fruit.
Still finding uses for the remedio infusions - very versatile! Even better that there are numerous health benefits.

I discovered Agua De Madre at my local deli and love the Remedio. It is seriously delicious stirred into hot water, ideal for caffeine free options in the afternoon.

Absolutely love this Remedio Infusion 3-pack. The flavours feel genuinely fresh and punchy, especially the blackcurrant and ginger. Surprisingly good in yoghurt! It feels more thoughtful and elevated than a standard wellness product, and the mixed pack is a brilliant way to try the different flavours. A really enjoyable addition to my routine.

I've loved all the products I've tried so far! I initially ordered the water kefir as I wanted something vegan for my gut. All the flavours are delicious, especially the pink grapefruit and lime and the raspberry one. More recently, I was feeling under the weather and needed a boost of vitamin C so opted for Remedio. This also tastes amazing and is really comforting as a hot drink.

Bought for my 11 year old to enjoy over the summer. A special drink for him that keeps my mind at ease knowing it's healthy. He enjoyed all the different flavours.

I received these as a present
I had the 3 mixed jars
Turmeric flavour colour of putting and over powering turmeric flavour
Black current didn’t like at al but this is personal preference
Lemon and ginger loved it
But there was a big problem
As a diabetic type 2
I have reversed this without medication
But my numbers were starting to get high
So I put on a monitor and couldn’t believe the spike after having a cup of lemon and ginger with hot water
So disappointed I won’t be able to use this product again and water kefir is also showing bad for me
I’m really into healthy options and gut microbiome and keeping control of my Diabetes.
So very disappointed
But enjoyed flavour of lemon and Ginger

I had a bad experience right from the start.
I ordered their product Remedio and they took 5 business days to despatch the order.
Once I checked the tracking number, it states the package's been delivered "to my neighbour". However, there's no specific address attached to the delivery and there's a photo of a door I have never seen.
I contact Aguademadre customer service and let them know the situation, they have never replied.
I contacted Evri and as they were unable to locate the parcel or the address so they said they will inform the retailer to explore my alternatives.
I inform them about this too and attached the Evri email.
I still haven't heard from them.
They should spend less money on instagram ads and more on customer service.

Very bad ! I have this product directly from the manufacturer but it was faulty I have emailed Agua de madre four times without response. £168 to be refunded but no response. Very poor product and customer support.

I love the products but did find the latest batch of remedio to be a lot more watery than before. Also I live in Northern Ireland and delivery is a flat £12.50 for anything so I have to resort to buying from Amazon now. A shame in so many ways. Still waiting for a human response to my query about delivery costs (the AI response was instant) Hopefully they’ll address these issues going forward because I genuinely like their products a lot.

I have purchased the Remedio jars both online and from retail stockists. I have found the online product was more watery in its consistency and doesn’t match the consistency of the shop bought product or indeed the online video of the product. I did email customer service but have yet to have a response. It’s a shame because the shop bought product is excellent. It’s not cheap to buy so they need to sort out this issue.
Update 30/12 I have now heard from the company and they will be replacing the jars that were a problem.Excellent customer service.

Incredible product absolutely delicious and perfect for this time of year ..
I had an issue with my delivery, but this was swiftly dealt with , this is a company who truly cares

I received my box of three blackcurrant and ginger tea this evening and I was going to give two as presents but all three have wonky and tatty labels. They look like a child has stuck them on.
Really disappointed

I really enjoy the water kefir drinks and find they have huge benefits for my health so treated myself to a monthly subscription of 24 cans, unfortunately my order arrived with only 23 cans, these drinks are not cheap so this was frustrating, I contacted the company asking for a replacement to be told it would be prohibitively expensive to send a replacement so they refunded me the price of 1 can instead.

ETA - as at October 25, of the 4 orders I have received, 3 have been incorrect, when I have raised these issues the customer service team come across as making me feel like they don’t believe me. It’s a shame such a good product is let down by the customer service, I will not be ordering again.
