Very expensive postage for 3 small cartons of juice. Arrived in large box.
I hadn’t realised the cartons were so small as when in Greece we purchased the large cartons .

Very nice experience
Very fast dispatch and delivery of the goods, as always. Goods packed in an excellent way according to the required temperature for transportation. As for taste, indeed you get a smell of Greece. Congrats.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to one item being slightly damaged and the syrup had oozed out onto the other products.

We know that you got a defective product - this is imported packed - and we did whatever we could to send the parts on time so you can use the rotisserie when intended. It looks like the product didn't meet the expectations despite the parts being sent from our end. Thank you for your honesty, hope this didn't affect your Easter Sunday feast.
