Perishables arrived in perfect condition.
My husband lost his Greek parents so we don't visit London much anymore and there is stuff we couldn't get anywhere else, until I found Agora. My delivery - which included refrigerated perishables - arrived in perfect condition, well insulated and with frozen ice bricks. Will definitely use again.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, there were delivery issues caused by the courier, but Kiki handled everything professionally and kept in touch throughout the process.

Longstanding customer - problems resolved
I am happy to review and revise a previous posting regarding problems with an outstanding delivery problem. After raising the issue with Agora it was immediately resolved with a replacement order dispatched immediately using a different currier. Very pleased with the outcome and outstanding customer care.
