Nathan was super informative and helpful during our boiler and radiators service. Simple to book, reliable and competitively priced

I felt we were valued customers throughout our experience.
The engineer was knowledgeable.
The quality of work seemed good and everything was in working order afterwards.
There was a little dust after the job was finished, but nothing major. The waste was left very tidily.
For the quotation appointment, the engineer was slightly late, but for the main job he was on time.
Overall a great experience and I recommend the team.

Our upstairs heating zone had stopped working. Nathan visited our house, and not only fixed the problem, but explained it in layman's terms meaning I could actually understand what had happened.

He also taught us how to look after our heating system, for which we are very grateful!
