We started the AOS Annual Coaching Programme with our son in July 2025, and completed the Let’s Talk More, Tell Me Why, and My Storytime programmes with Coach Chuck in March 2026.

Prior to AOS, our son, who was diagnosed with ASD, had been attending weekly speech therapy sessions for about two years with very little progress.

However, within just two months of applying the strategies we learnt from the free AOS resources at home, we began to see clear improvements in his attention span, receptive language, and expressive communication. Once we officially started the Annual Coaching Programme, his progress accelerated even further due to the structure, consistency, and personalised guidance provided by the coach.

I first came across Ming’s YouTube videos in July 2024 and later joined the Agents of Speech Skool community after seeing a comment under one of the videos. I went through all the free content, starting with the Micro-course for Parents, taking detailed notes and applying the strategies daily at home with support from his dad and aunt.

After watching another parent’s testimonial and seeing the level of progress possible, I decided to enrol in the Annual Coaching Programme when a slot became available — and we also stopped his weekly speech therapy sessions at that point.

Today, our son is now:
• communicating in full sentences
• using multi-clause sentences
• expressing his ideas clearly using reasoning
• reporting events and relaying information between people
• describing actions, emotions, needs, and experiences independently and flexibly

Through this programme, he has truly transitioned from learning language to using language effectively for everyday communication, social interaction, and independent thinking.

We are incredibly grateful to Ming and Coach Chuck for the impact they have had on our son’s development.

I have already recommended this programme to three other parents across different parts of the world who have now started their journey, and I will continue to recommend it to any parent in a similar situation.

Ming, I wish you and you team a fantastic day! You have done so much for all of us – parents, you are returning our sons and daughters back to us - these words are coming from my heart and I want you to know that you and your methods and your team returned back hope and happiness in many families….
And for families in the same situation as me - I would say the following "it is important for all of us to move on from our heavy baggage towards the efficient methods. Diagnosis really does not matter when we can see that our children are responding on the therapy. Parents trained by professional methods (suggested by Ming and his team) are the most efficient way for all children to get the necessary support". My incentive is my son, who is gradually progressing and responding on the methods and instead of using time on "reasons behind diagnosis" I am using my time on helping him to develop instead.

Agenta of Speech has been a name in our household for 2 going on 3yrs now. And we wouldnt be where we are today without them.
My son couldn't even make sounds. He would only stare or pull. When sounds did come out, it was screams.
He is now 4½yrs old speaking in small sentences and has the confidence to want to try and speak more, of not more complex back and forth conversations.
Agents of Speech, to this current day, has given my son the opportunity to connect with his peers at pre school and make friends. It has only been 1full year at school and he went from the boy at the back of the room playing alone to now joining in group activities, having fun in dress ups with the kids and even telling the crying girl to "calm down calm down teacher is coming".
With the guidance and expertise we get from the coaching programme we are able to accomplish small steps in order to reach the bigger goal and all lessons are tailored to YOUR child. You will experience immense happiness watching your child progress within the learning tasks you are bound to.
Speech therapy needs to be fully embraced at home and Agents of Speech has all the material, learns you skills, empowers you with knowledge and recommends endless resources for us to achieve that. The coaches are available during the week and give accurate observations and instructions.
My son talks so much now and we are excited to keinstructions.

Stumbled upon AoS on YouTube when searching for more info on autism after being told that my child might be autistic as she wasn't really talking much at age 3. Paid to access the vault of info that Ming had on his website. Managed to teach my girl some basic words, and most importantly, I managed to potty train her (day and night) by age 4 just by following Ming's guide.

Afterwards I paid to receive personalized coaching from Ming where we would take videos of us doing work, and Ming would comment on what we should change, how we should approach certain things, etc etc. We persevered on and while it is a long road ahead, at least she's now responding and communicating her needs and wants verbally.

I don't dare to say Ming is a miracle pill, but without his help we definitely won't be where we are today. He gives parents the knowledge and confidence we don't have to help our kids, and we should definitely be the one helping because we are the only ones who see them everyday. Learning shouldn't only be once or twice a week, but everyday with us.

For context, my son is 5, pre verbal and diagnosed with ASD. I cannot say enough good things about Agents of Speech (AOS) and the incredible work they do. The platform, founded and run by Mr. Ming, stands out immediately because of the huge amount of high-quality free resources available on the AOS website. I started there, and even before enrolling in anything paid, I found the content extremely practical, and empowering as a parent.

After seeing the value of those resources, I decided to enroll in the “Talk to Me” program. Before starting, we had a personal consultation with Ming himself, which was honestly one of the most reassuring and refreshing experiences I’ve had in my child’s therapy journey. Ming took the time to truly understand my child’s needs, laid out a realistic roadmap, and—most importantly—was very honest about what progress can look like and how long it may take. That honesty gave me clarity, trust, and realistic expectations rather than false hope.

We were then assigned a personal coach, Chuck, who has been absolutely wonderful. Chuck is incredibly observant and thoughtful in his approach. He knows exactly what to work on and when, and every step feels intentional and tailored to my child rather than generic, even though we are following a therapy outline, in a way. Being able to get daily feedback on what you're working on is invaluable and I don't know if there's anything like this available anywhere else.

Because of AOS, Ming, and Chuck, I finally feel hopeful, informed, and confident as a parent navigating speech therapy. We’ve already seen meaningful progress, and just as importantly, I now understand the “why” behind what we’re doing. If you’re looking for a speech therapy platform that is ethical, knowledgeable, parent-empowering, and genuinely child-focused, I highly recommend Agents of Speech.

When I first became concerned about my daughter’s speech, I very fortunately stumbled upon Agents of Speech while doing a deep dive into how best to support her. She didn’t qualify for publicly funded therapy because she technically met the speech milestones, but she was noticeably weaker than her peers.

I found Agents of Speech after trying an evaluation and session with a private SLT, which was very costly. I also wasn’t confident that our home environment would be suitable for child-led therapy without any structure — I have three small children and there’s always a lot going on.

I am so extremely grateful to have found Ming. I had watched all of the Agents of Speech YouTube videos and was learning so much. I started with the free courses, then reached out to Ming for an evaluation and a discussion about how to move forward. I spent months worrying about my daughter’s speech, and Ming gave me the space to talk it all through. He even managed to predict what would follow over the next few months for my daughter. When she turned 2.5, I started parent coaching in the “Let’s Talk More” programme.

Today, my daughter is beginning to string more than two words together. She’s generating her own speech and moving away from some of the repetitive language that worried me in the first place. I’ve learned so much about how to support her, and I can now use everyday experiences to create opportunities for language growth. I’ve genuinely enjoyed the coaching and always receive timely, supportive feedback from our lovely coach, Kay.

I will say that it takes time and patience. Some days feel hard, but once you’re a few weeks into the coaching, you really do start noticing a difference. I’m a trained primary school teacher, and honestly, without coaching I wouldn’t have been able to support a child with speech or language needs — because I’m not trained to do so. Put the time and patience into your child, and you’ll see them rewarded with functional language.

I also want to say that Ming has always responded and answered my questions about my daughter, and I’ve kept him updated on her progress throughout. This is a community of people who truly care — and it’s the most affordable speech therapy option I have ever come across.

I genuinely cannot recommend Agents of Speech highly enough. It has given our family so much, and we’re forever grateful for the support. If you’re questioning whether you should try it, start with the free courses and speak to Ming about coaching. I’m a better mother to my daughter for having found Agents of Speech, and I would recommend it to anyone.

With our non-verbal 5y son we had zero help from helth care professionals, we were told to "do what you're doing and we will see". But we had 4y child making constantly only one sound, not changing the volume, not playing with us no matter what we tried and it was heartbreaking. Therefore we tried to find advice what to do and that is when I found Mings videos on youtube and after trying the free video guidance we decided to join the course and it was the best decision we've made. We started to see our autistic son to be more present. We were able to teach him action imitation after a year and he is now playing with toys and follows instructions, he was not able to do so before. He is more attentive, it might seem like nothing but to us it is a live saver. We moved recently to sound imitation. He started to mumble now more sounds and plays with the volume a lot. It is nothing to most people around, but it is a miracle to us. We need more time, but we are hopefull for the first time. Even if we won't be able to teach him to talk, the progress he made and is still doing, is something we did not even dream about.

My son was diagnosed autistic and speech delayed at about 18 months of age, I have been actively working with him using the free courses that Agents of Speech offered, there were significant gains in his overall learning with just that.... however after about 10 months i was still not close to making him say his first words... I have since joined the talk to me coaching program and the changes have been phenomenal, we are 2 months in and my son is very close to making his vowel sounds... TLDR Ming and his team have been a god send, I would have been completely lost if it weren't for their guidance... I cannot recommend this program enough for all parents going through the same kind of problems....

My daughter was diagnosed with autism at the age of 5.5 and was classified as non-verbal at that moment. As many here, I have started with free courses and my daughter started actually using some words we have learnt. But we did not manage to learn much of them because, it turned out, I overestimated the level at which she was at that moment. Also, learning sessions were rather chaotic - we did not take time to properly learn the vocabulary. In spring, we dived into the "Let's Talk More" program, with Joanne as a coach. And from the first weeks my daughter already had the improvements in the active vocabulary.

We went very slowly, 1 week module could easily take us a month to master, despite daily exercises. But everyone have different starting level and learning pace. Half year later, my daughter still remembers these words. I did not expect much of the coaching before the start, but it turned out, Joanne was able to solve every complication we had.

There were times when I wanted to switch the activities because my daughter just refused to do them, but Joanne offered easy and clear steps to actually make it work. So, don't be like me, don't try to break the brick wall with your forehead for several days in a row and just send a video to your coach right away. Now we're staring the last week.

Results. Olga speaks with full sentences when prompted. She often says 2-3 word phrases without prompt, usually describing the world around. What I know for sure is that this would not have happened without AOS. Because even the speech therapist, whom we visit once a week, started teaching her to use the communication device.

Which means they don't expect her to speak before the school. But I do. If we were able to move from single words to prompted sentences in 6 months, we can achieve fluent speech in a year. Thank you, Ming and Joanne!

Maybe it would help if I share my minor complications along the way, they are very specific. First, translations. We are learning German, not English, and it sometimes took me 30-45 minuted just to cut and transcribe videos. I'm sure there are tools to make it automatic, but I was too lazy to search. Second, I only have BW printer. I managed to print flashcards in protoautomats in grocery stores, but for bigger sheets I did not have such solution - so I painted my own booklets.

Agents of Speech is exactly what I needed for my son. They go through step by step on how to help your child talk. In the past, I was stuck in trying to figure exactly what to do. With AOS, you give Ming and his team a detailed description of where your child is at. From there, they put you in the program best fit for your child. From there, they assign you to a coach who will guide you through step by step. It's amazing how my son responds to me now. I couldn't recommend Agents of Speech more. I promise you, you will NOT regret it. Mr. Ming is a savant when it comes to helping children talk. When it comes to our children, we know most, if not all, of the behaviors comes from then not being able to express their wants and needs, specially when it's complicated sentences and goes beyond "I want". Agents of Speech's training goes far beyond teaching them how to talk, even if it's only directly Speech. I hope it makes sense.

Writing a review for AOS is a challenge for me considering how words fail when i want to describe how good these guys are, my severely speech delayed found his voice and we saw his random babbling turning to words and now sentences, but this is not where it stops, they have programs to give meaning to the words, to improve the cognitive abilities, to improve speech clarity etc.
What sets AOS apart from others is how they passionately do their job.. i wish them tons of best wishes and i hope they continue to shine .. Upwards and onwards 👏

Incredibly blessed to have found out about AOS. I cannot begin to explain the loneliness, the confusion, the desperate attempts at trying something here and something there to help my child develop better with his speech, while feeling so very clueless about what I am doing and what he needs in the first place. The first conversation with Ming was a relief and incredibly helpful already, but the feeling of having somebody finally give you an answer and a guide on how and what to do next was on a whole other level. With a team of wonderfully skilled, patient and empathetic speech therapists answering my questions, helping out on the confusion, giving amazing advice on how to help my child when it gets more difficult was worth every single penny. I could have never in my wildest dreams imagined to be able to sit down with my kid to teach him something. Now, thank God, his speech has improved so much. Everyone on the team of AOS works hard, clever and with a passion I have missed in many of the professionals in my very area.
I feel like it’s not only my husband and me who want our son to succeed, but so do Ming and his fantastic team. 11 out of 10.

We attended mings speech therapy services for a year and a half and helped with our son who has ASD and was able to learn some words for his speech and were still going with training and practices all the team were a great help and really helped us in our time of need the great thing about it was that with coaching services you had someone who support us throughout , id recommend giving it a go for your child

Agent of Speech is one of the best in the market. I stumbled on the page on facebook and I thank God that I didn’t skip the advert. We started agent of speech in Jan 2024 and by end of March , my 4yrs old son that couldn’t say one single word started talking, saying 2 words together and all these was possible because of the assistance of the therapist at agent of speech. Wilbert was our therapist and he’s the best. Don’t think twice if you are looking for a good therapist to help your child. I have experienced progressive results with AOS. It is very structured and a scientific approach which has helped me understand and learn. I have received good guidance from the coaches. I truly recommend AOS to any parent searching for answers.
