So I signed up for the max plan gave it my prompt. It returned a video at 1:45 seconds and they charged me $27 for that, WTF? but they got it all wrong. They used the wrong character. It wasn’t like the prompt so I told agent to fix it. They fixed it and charged me another $26.82. What a bunch of garbage.

Frustrating, and almost impossible to control

Don't give this company your money.
Their product is great but you can't rely on what you purchased.
In my case I bought a 1 Year Subscription including 200 free daily Credits. Guess what, they decided overnight to change the Deal and kill these 200 daily Credits.

This is considered Fraud.

I started with the free trial and I produced 2 short videos and was excited to make more. But when I purchased the pro plan for $42 Canadian per month. I went to produce my first short video and it said I was out of credits. I made more videos on the free trial. So I reached out to support asking for a refund. They seemed like they wanted to help but I haven't heard back from them. And I can't use the message function on the system anymore as it seems to be turned off for me now.

I’m in my second month of using Agent Opus and am completely disappointed. Unlike their OpusClip product, this tool simply overpromises and underdelivers. It seems there were some updates done shortly after I committed to an annual subscription, and the speed and reliability of the platform have gone downhill since then.

I primarily use the script-to-video animation feature, and it performs very poorly. A one-minute video can initially take over 20 minutes to render, and that’s even with "priority processing." Editing a single shot or scene that is maybe 7 seconds long can take 5-10 minutes to render, and then another 5-10 minutes if you need to re-render that same short scene or any others when you’re not happy with the results. And you'll be disappointed with the results often!

The main issue is that it doesn’t follow your prompts well, even when using their most expensive models. So you spend the majority of your time regenerating scenes over and over while wasting most of your credits in the process. To make matters worse, the rendering process for small edits often hangs without finishing, so you’re left guessing whether you should exit it after 5-10 minutes of waiting. Even when you do, you often don’t automatically get your credits back.

In many cases, rather than editing many individual scenes that don’t meet my expectations, which can take close to an hour based on the number of attempts needed, I simply restart with a whole new video project and a completely new render from step one because it is more efficient that way (but also the most expensive). For a one-minute video, I’ve literally wasted hours of attempts and over 600 credits, which tells you how poor the overall process is.

I have already been in contact with the only individual who appears to be managing support tickets on Discord by themselves. While they will refund your wasted credits for technical issues only, you are still stuck with the same performance and quality issues later on, as they don’t get resolved.

If you look carefully at other reviews, you’ll see a consistent pattern of complaints related to poor animation results, high credit usage, slow performance, and a lack of adequate support. If you value your time and money, I recommend you look elsewhere. I don't think I will be renewing my subscription after it ends.

The product it’s self is not the issue. The issue is the amount of credits that they give you if you buy the $174 package which is presented as a 12 month membership you get 3600 credits with each video charging anywhere between 90 and 500 credits this amount only lasts a month. This is a rip off. I strongly discourage buying the subscription. By chance if you by mistake get a wonky AI video from them they will not reimburse you any credits.
