Poor service, incorrect items, and no response when problems arise
Very poor experience – two separate orders, two serious problems, no proper resolution
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this seller fully deserves one. I had serious issues with two separate orders, and in both cases the most disappointing part was the complete lack of proper customer service.
In the first order, the seller informed me that the roses I had purchased were not available. I had clearly stated in my order that I did not want any replacement product if an item was out of stock. Despite that, they tried to offer a bare-root rose instead of the much more expensive potted rose I had paid for. I refused this substitution and expected a refund. Despite repeated emails, I received neither a proper response nor the refund in a reasonable time, which forced me to open a PayPal case.
In the second order, I paid for a rose advertised as being supplied in a 6.5-litre pot. The order was placed on 30.03 and it arrived on 09.04. What I received was a very small rose in a 2-litre pot, which was clearly not what I had paid for. I contacted the seller immediately, they asked me to send photos, and I did so without delay. After that, they stopped responding altogether, even though I followed up again.
What makes this especially frustrating is that these were not minor misunderstandings. These were clear problems: unavailable products, incorrect product size, and no meaningful attempt to resolve either situation. Once payment was taken, communication became extremely poor.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other customers to be very careful before ordering from this seller. If something goes wrong, do not expect a timely or professional resolution.
