The dress I have just received from yourselves is beautiful and fits perfectly. I always find your clothes are a true fit for the size on the label. I also find the quality is excellent. For me who can no longer go out to buy clothes it’s so good to have a company like Afibel to order from.

As all our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in France, we do advise to allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
However, I'm sorry to hear on this occasion it took 2 weeks to arrive but generally delivery is much quicker.

I am delighted with the nightdresses
I am delighted with the nightdresses I received recently. They are of good quality and with a cute teddy-bear pattern. What I am not so happy about is Afibel's choice of EVRI as their chosen carrier. This company has consistently come bottom of customer satisfaction surveys and the reason is clear - in this instance, after Afibel emailed me to say the goods were shipped, EVRI came up with "we are expecting it" for six whole days! We and Afibel assumed that the package was lost and Afibel were preparing to refund ... not good enough - therefore I have given only 4 stars!!

J'ai acheté un blazer tagada taille 46 décrit comme "'marine"'
Au reçu de celui-ci il est tout simplement bleu, proche du bleu roi et dans un état ! le dos, les manches froissées de façon incroyable, j'ai lavé l'article, tenté de repasser, le tissu est de mauvaise qualité, il faudrait un teinturier pour y remédier. Afibel a ENORMEMENT perdu en qualité, étant cliente et ayant acheté un blazer il y a longtemps aucune comparaison....... Je verrai à commander ailleurs à l'avenir

Absolutely disgusted with this company
Absolutely disgusted with this company, I was offered a free air fryer with my order in March, when my order arrived there was no air fryer, I telephoned the company (12p per minute!) and was told that it would arrive in April, when it didn't arrive in April I was told that I had to place another order to recieve it, which I did and still no air fryer came, instead I got a mosquito trap?! and a letter to say that the airfryer would not be coming back into stock!!
