Afford Rent a Car Anmeldelser

Over the last 5 years I have hired several vans and cars from Afford at Fenton, staff are always courteous and cheerful with a great range of vehicles. Often upgraded for no extra charge depending on availability of the vehicle I originally required all vehicles have been spotless and had a good amount of fuel in at the start ( unlike some places where it’s a race to get fuel).

They claimed I neglected to refuel the van prior to returning it. However, I definitely did.

Tried to say I didn't put fuel in before returning van. I DID

Very highly priced and no fuel in the car when collected so was very expensive but the staff were lovely and very helpful

Quick and friendly experience from the staff in Stafford! I will definitely be using the company again!

Always helpful, friendly and professional.
The process is straightforward, efficient and easy to understand.
Would and have recommended them to friends and acquaintances many times👍

Easy and quick booking. The Van I rented is in great condition. They got reasonable price as well.

Excellent service from the ease of booking to collection, the office staff was very efficient and opperation and explanation of using the van including tail lift was very good, I would recommend them .

Excellent service from start to finish. Great value, clean and reliable Van, staff are great and very easy to deal with. No hassle, no hidden extras exactly what you want from a rental company.

The team at Afford are always friendly, helpful and professional.

First class service from beginning to end. Thank you

Great company, very friendly staff, service is second to none with very competitive prices. First class service from the moment you pick up your vehicle right up to dropping it off. Wouldn’t even think of hiring from anyone else, apart from Afford.

Made everything effortless

Superb from start to finish, Phil couldn’t have been more helpful. Quality vehicle, well maintained and excellent polite, professional service all round. Most importantly very competitive!

Great service. Great value

Everything went smoothly, pick-up was quick and efficient. Drop-off was a doddle. The van was ready, clean, and perfect for tbe job. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

Helpful and friendly Service, the only thing why it's not 5 stars is that the van came with zero miles of fuel left.

I booked just 2 days beforehand - All went well, swift , prompt service. No hidden additional costs, like other hire companies.

the quality of the van was excellent less than a year old vgc , they for filled the requested time slot and vehicle request the price was comfortable enough over a week to allow me to move my furniture with much less stress than a more time constrained hire, the attitude of the staff is good and professional, overall i say they get 10/10 thanks

Exactly as the name suggests. No deposit just simply pay whatever the hire fee is.
