Ordered a pair of Nike dunks last week
Ordered a pair of Nike dunks last week, paid for standard delivery but they were shipped next day. Unfortunately the size I ordered was too big so I reached out to customer service and my email was answered within 5 minutes. I sent the shoes back for an exchange the same day and I had received my new pair within 48 hours. Really impressed. Cannot fault the service.

AVOID!
AVOID, unless you want to be threatened to be taken to court!
I purchase some expensive trainers. Within a few hours the stitching looked loose. Sent a very polite email attaching photos.
The response was truly shocking. Not only there was no apology for the inconvenience I was accused of having “too dirty” trainers for a few hours use and additional photos were demanded. As I was at work and did not oblige immediately I was flooded with calls and WhatsApp messages!
I decided to block the number not to be harassed further whilst at work. Marc the director proceeded to email me guilt tripping about his “family owned company” in these “uncertain times” yet followed with accusations of fraud (!) not entirely sure how one can commit fraud by purchasing trainers that are faulty…
Thank goodness for PayPal recharge. Just a shame PayPal does not cover return postage. So all in all this awful company has left me out of pocket and pretty upset.
Frankly companies such as Affluent Attire LtD should not be operating considering their lack of customer service.

It really is a shame you feel the need to try and damage our business reputation when we’ve repeatedly told you we were happy to get the situation resolved if you can provide further evidence.
It is a natural response to request more detailed images when a customer is claiming a pair of shoes we’ve sent is faulty, to which we are still yet to receive.
I tried to phone you to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible, you declined the call so I followed up on WhatsApp, again with the intention of making your life easier so you have a direct form of contact with myself should you need it.
Within that message I reiterated the point that if you could provide some extra images of the shoes we could pass the information onto our supplier and either have a replacement pair sent or start the process of getting you a full refund.
I’m not quite sure how you’ve read that as being harassed, if anything we’ve gone above and beyond and given you every opportunity to help resolve your situation in the shortest time possible.
You blocked our number within minutes and opened up a chargeback on PayPal. Very strange considering at no point had we refused to help or given you any indication this situation wouldn’t be sorted for you.
Given how all of the above played out, we had our suspicions that the claim you were making was a fraudulent one. Refusing to send further images, ignoring our multiple suggestions to help further the investigation and just immediately opening a chargeback to get your money back.
At this point it was necessary to inform you that each individual pair of shoes has a unique serial code on that will coincide with our suppliers records and that we would be able to factually determine whether the shoes you are claiming to be faulty were the ones we sent you.
To which once again you have totally ignored and refused to share the evidence, instead choosing to leave us a slanderous review on here.

My daughter trainers had been stuck with DPD for over a week,and they then decided to send them back to the company for no reason.
I sent Marc a few emails and he was absolutely amazing.fast response to every email to try and locate my item. Once he received the trainers back he even went as far as hand delivering them to my work.
Amazing customer service. I can not thank them enough

First Class Customer Service
I ordered a pair of shoes that were in the sale over the Christmas break. They were dispatched really quickly arriving the next day. Sadly they didn’t fit and Marc’s comms were fantastic. He confirmed the returns process (again over the holiday period) and processed the refund immediately.
I’ll definitely be using this company again, great service !

Coats decent but poor packaging
Coats decent. Come with literally no protection, no bag, busted up box so jacket was exposed. Not sure if I’d buy from here again considering that it’s high value items.

We're pleased to hear you're happy with the item you purchased but of course disappointed that the packaging we send it in has been damaged in transit.
Each item we dispatch is carefully packed and sealed, as was the case for this order. Unfortunately once we hand the goods over to our courier (in this case DPD) how they handle the goods in transit is out of our control and for one reason of another in this instance the box has been damaged.
Given the nature of your item being a puffa jacket, placing it carefully inside a sealed box seemed the most practical way of transporting it, as opposed to scrunching it up inside a bag and potentially causing the jacket to lose its shape / configuration.
With that being said we appreciate the feedback and will review the situation with DPD to prevent this happening again.

This was my first order with Affluent…
This was my first order with Affluent Attire and it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be back! I found the trainers I wanted in the right size after struggling to find them everywhere else. I ordered them a little last minute for a birthday present, after being in hospital, but Affluent Attire we’re very understanding and kind to offer a quicker delivery service for free. Happy with the purchase but courier should change
There was a slight delay in shipping my order but I was kept well informed about the status. I would recommend changing the courier you use as the first delivery was missed and they said there was no one at home even though I was. Happy with the purchase and may consider ordering again.
