Aesthetics Lab has amazing products and services. My aesthetician Christina is fabulous and very knowledgeable and has always given the best treatments and guidance on how to take care of my skin!

Very high-quality services and very friendly staff, you feel really looked after, would definitely recommend. Everyone is professional and polite. So far, I have been impressed by the skills and expertise shown by Karen Lamana in particular. She is extremely thorough and very professional. i would definitely recommend Aesthetics lab, because not only did they help me out with my skin, but also because every person working there has great energy, and strives positivity. everyone is attentive. The girls have made my treatments painless, didn’t take hours, which is very comfortable

Very disappointing experience at Aesthetics Lab, mainly due to their unethical practice, putting first their financial gain over the satisfaction of their customers. I came to them asking to rejuvenate my skin & the lady at my consultation(I believe her name was Caroline) convinced me Radiofrequency would be the absolute best treatment for me. She described it as a miraculous facial with no downtime and no possible side effects so within 10mins I was out of the Lab having bought a course of 6 treatments. After 2 treatments i noticed my skin was looking dull and new lines appeared on my forehead and around my eyes. This prompted me to Google the side effects of radiofrequency, only to find the most serious side effect is facial fat loss!!!! I came in asking to swap the treatment for another(I noticed their no cancellation policy)as I didn’t want to cause further damage to my skin. Caroline calmed me down explaining these new lines are temporary and there is absolutely no chance of radiofrequency causing fat loss(she said scientifically impossible). I was sceptical but my husband was there with me and assured me if she says I have nothing to worry about then I don’t need to worry. I finished the course of the treatment but never stopped noticing my face shrinking. I even mentioned it to my practitioner Lucia to which she responded asking whether I recently lost weight…I waited for 3 months for the positive results to kick in, but my face just aged. My cheeks became flat, my eyes became hollow and the volume in the chin was lost. I went to a doctor where I currently live and he said facial fat loss can happen with radiofrequency when your skin is not thick, the heat reaches the fat and simply melts it. It’s a rare side effect but it does happen. Additionally, I was convinced that I needed the very same treatment on my neck (radio frequency is performed on the delicate neck area but for people over the age of 45!!!!) to get rid of my rings. I can assure you and confirm with a photo evidence that I did not have visible neck rings but I do now! In fact my neck is what worries me the most as it looks really creepy in photos as if the skin was thinned out before repair. I understand the ladies at Alab wanted to sell me the treatment but I trusted them as if they were medical professionals and being dishonest about the damage a treatment can possibly cause should simply not happen. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and I hope my review will hopefully save many women my age who are looking to rejuvenate their skin. The treatment at this place has caused a fat loss and thinned out skin. I have asked multiple medical professionals for help, but I was told the damage is irreversible. My only option is to either accept my new face or opt for dermal fillers to restore the lost volume. I have just turned 30. Please be careful who you trust and do your research.

I suffer from PCOS and laser hair removal was a scary process for me. Karen has made this experience both pain-free and effective. I would not trust anyone else, she is professional and attentive and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone!!

Highly recommend Aesthetics Lab in Primrose Hill for any beauty treatments. The clinic is very clean and tidy with very welcoming and professional staff. Karen listened to all my concerns and recommended the best and most effective treatment for the area I wanted treated. Karen was super friendly and professional and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and is now conducting the treatments with amazing results. Can't recommend highly enough!

I’ve only had positive experiences at Aesthetics Lab. I have my appointments with Karen who is the best of the best. She is results driven and the treatments she’s used to address my pigmentation and fine lines have been so effective. She’s also a wonderful person and you generally feel brighter and better for seeing her! The front of house team are also great - always friendly and super helpful when arranging or rescheduling appointments.

Karen is an incredibly professional and personable therapist. I had several sessions of scar treatment with Karen and the results are just incredible. Karen puts so much time and effort into her work and excels at what she does. I never expected to see such great results as my scars are almost not visible! Karen ensures the treatment room and machinery are impeccably clean and takes time to understand what you need. Karen genuinely cares that her clients get a result that they are pleased with, and always goes the extra mile. Karen always follows up after every session, and once the treatment is complete, to ensure healing is going well and to answer any questions or concerns. Karen is an asset to the clinic and I can't recommend her enough!

I've been doing the Soprano laser hair removal with Karen Healey who has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process. She's a perfectionist and makes sure we achieve the best results with this treatment.

You will not regret coming here. The team are knowledgeable and throughly professional. Not pushing treatments that won’t make a difference to you! I am in my 50’s but the facials and body treatments have kept me looking like I am still in my 30’s and no Botox yet !!! My go to therapist is the wonderful Christina !

Eli, my therapist, was great. She is very thorough, kind and really cares about getting the very best outcome for her client. I've just turned 60 and never had so many compliments about my skin!

Have been a client for 5 years. Completely transformed my skin, and most importantly my confidence. All of the staff are polite and professional. The atmosphere is clean but not clinical! - it is luxury and I quite often fall asleep if what I am having done isn’t too invasive. I had tried every product and diet to help improve my skin but nothing was working - for years I had suffered with very red, uneven spotty skin. So I decided to visit Aesthetics Lab. After a review of my skin, I was recommended 6 treatments of the Alab Clear Facial - At the start of every appointment Christina examined my skin and personalised the treatment to suit my skins needs. We also discussed my at home skin routine and I was recommended some new products / routine to try. Christina followed up on every appointment to check how I was getting on with the products and evaluated if we needed to change anything. Since completing the course, the improvement in my skin has been extraordinary! My skin complexion is completely clear and the redness has really improved. Previously I was insecure without make up on around family / closed friends and now I am confident to leave the house without any. Christina achieved something for me that I never thought was possible! Highly recommend

I first contacted Aesthetics Lab early last year. I had suffered a nasty burn accident which left me feeling extremely self conscious and upset about my body. I also had very bad stretch marks on my hips and sides of body which had been there from as early as 13/14 years old. All in all, I reached a low- I would get very upset looking in the mirror and decided it was time to change.

Lucia was my therapist and I could not rate her more highly. Lucia made my time extremely pleasant, considering how uncomfortable the treatment was at times. Lucia helped me in many ways, not only with the treatments but her energy and her company throughout the process is really what made my time at Aesthetics lab one to remember.

Lucia's chatty and friendly personality helped settle any nerves I was feeling. She continued to bring me up and lift my spirits high throughout our sessions and for this I will forever be grateful.

I am so happy with the outcome, the visibility on my burn scars have gone by I would say 90% or more. I can hardly see them. My stretch marks have also had a drastic change and I am very happy with it. I can now wear shorts and crop tops feeling better and more comfortable in my own skin.

Everyone at Aesthetics lab was super friendly and welcoming. I am definitely going to be coming back for anything I feel I need in the future.

I popped into Aesthetics Lab just shy of a year ago on a dog walk round Primrose Hill. With our wedding planned for May of the following year and a Clinique / Neutrogena girl myself with 'ok' skin, no real skin routine and not a clue of what to do to to even out my sun damaged complexion and achieve a more balanced / less break out prone face... I wanted to understand what they would propose and most importantly how much it would cost. About an hour later, I signed myself up for 12 sessions (6 'Detox' facials and 6 'Microneedling treatments) at just under 2K with a 'promotion' (not including the Alumier MD products recommended). And while I never spent so much money on my skincare before and admittedly do feel like it is a significant investment, I have been really pleased with the results and feel so much better after my visits.

Though the staff are all lovely and welcoming - Christina particularly has made my experience with Aesthetics Lab a positive one. I look forward to my monthly visits and feel confident going into my wedding month that my skin will be glowing because of her efforts. She goes above and beyond to really assess my skin each visit and performs treatments within what I've booked that address them like light therapy, extractions, masks, peels etc. She even administered a complimentary birthday lymphatic drainage treatment on my legs during one of our sessions, which although not overly 'results driven' with just one session - was interesting!

So don't hesitate visiting the girls here at Aesthetics Lab. Depending on what you're after (at least from my experience) face / skin wise - they are sure to work with you on cost AND results so you have nothing to lose.

I recommend this clinic very highly. I have had a few different treatments done and been very happy with the results and the way the treatments have been carried out. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have never had any issues. They are always more than happy to help with questions and concerns.
My therapist is Lucia and she is exceptional! She is very professional in her approach and is very good at answering all questions and concerns and putting at ease, and making you feel comfortable throughout. She makes very good recommendations on the right choice of treatments and what to expect for treatment results. I have been very happy with my experience!
