Refused to issue me my refund even though I never received the product.
Update on my PayPal dispute: the case I filed was denied because this fraudulent company didn’t respond to PayPal during the deadline (10 days after I filed the claim) and blatantly lied that they issued my refund to me. With Trumps tariffs looming and customs checking packages, I’m urging everyone to think twice before purchasing from them because I’ve seen in the reviews they blatantly lied to a customer that they had sent customs the necessary documents in order for the customer’s product to be released to them to which they didn’t.

We can see how you would think the vial is empty this is very common. We state on our website that CAUTIONS
Empty Bottle – It may appear so at first sight; however, we assure you the bottle is not empty. Botulinum toxins mostly come in a powdered form* (with the exception of Innotox). The powder is very fine that it can easily be mistaken for an empty bottle, however, we can assure you that all of units are accounted for. You will need to dilute the toxin with the saline to use it.

Steer clear unless you want to waste your money on bad product
I placed my order on August 28, and because the seller failed to include required information with the package, customs would not release it. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received little response other than being told they had sent the information to customs and nothing more could be done.
This order was for a product that either needs to remain cold or is only shelf-stable for about two weeks. As of September 15, the package has been stuck in customs for over two weeks and four days (since 8/29). Even if it does eventually arrive, it will almost certainly be unusable due to their mistake, leaving me out more than a hundred dollars.
I cannot recommend this seller.

I made a mistake with my first purchase…
I made a mistake with my first purchase of Botox from the company, and I thought I received a fake product. I was very wrong. The Botox is supposed to look look like a dried powder in the vial. I use the Botox for with microneedling and had fabulous results. I have since ordered a second vial and will be ordering a third. Shipping is fast within a few days. The company reached out to me when I gave my initial negative review, and explained to me the presentation of the Botox. I fully support this company and trust their products.
