I got in touch with them about getting my money back BEFORE they even sent my items and they tell me they can’t do anything because the items are on their way, they are not on the way at all. Plus these ionizers can have health implications causing lung issues and respiratory problems, which they obviously don’t clarify on there website because if they did they wouldn’t sell anything. I wouldn’t have bought anything if they had mentioned on the website that they are not suitable for anyone who is already unwell IE me. I will give them time to issue refund but if it’s not in a timely fashion then it’s nothing that fair trading can’t fix. I’m tired of these so called Aussie businesses selling online and having no stock here .

Installed 3 on my boat and can tell no difference.

Going back to Airlock 1.

Have installed 4 units in my boat. Can tell no difference in air quality or smell after 3 weeks. Cant even hear the things working or pumping air. Also. They have a bright blue light that illuminates and flashes. This lights the room up horribly. I would not recommend this product at all.

Company show pictures of the mark 1 which is usb charged, the mk 2 sent to me.. i bought 8!! Is 240 volt mains 3 pin.

The co owner wrote to me and said i could have a mk 1 if i paied £ 9.99
They dont talk to me now !!. and im about to start procedings against.
So much for th 90 day money back.. ha ha.
Based on my dealings so far....AVOID.

AeroPure made no difference for the odours in our boat. They promise a 90 day guarantee but then it has been such a headache trying to return our item. They insisted I had to pay for shipping to return the item, and then Canada Post sent it back to me and I had to again pay for shipping. The customer service has been horrible. The product does not work at all and the service is even worse!

Does not work. Scam. They don’t want to refund after 20 days

I think it is working however the down side is that it flashes and during the day that’s fine but at night it is very annoying seeing this flashing light especially if you have two on the go

If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
This doesn't work and when I tried to get my money back because they offer a 100 percent money back guarantee they just gave me the runaround. Emailed them to try to get a refund and ended up having to reply to alternative offers 5 times.
All they would offer me is 50% of my money back.
DONT BUY THIS! ITS JUNK!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

If you fall for all these reviews posted by people who have only left one review then you deserve to be scammed.
