Communication is key
What really suprised me the most was the perfect communication by the company itself first and then by the driver aswell.
The driver was really nice and helpfull.

Poor experience ever
Poor experience ever! First, no signage to show my name. Serving the driver is very impatient to drive in the London city during congestion. He accelerates rapidly for one car position and need to brake hardly to avoid cashing in front of the car, repeat this for a few times. Finally, he drop off our luggage at the cube side of the hotel instead of making the turn to stop properly at the main entrance will unload location. The last life was just left on the driving road as he said he could not stop on the double red line and needed to leave immediately. The hotel had a safe and proper place for guests to upload and unload live at the main entrance. We ended up carry our luggage around the corner to the main entrance.
