Thank you very much for your generous return policy and the quick replacement of a defective bag.

2 weeks and the order has not shipped! Wrote to their customer service 3 days ago and they said it was "on the way" and to expect it in 7-10 days. Well, 3 days after that reply, it is still sitting in their warehouse! NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE!

I did not receive the pump with my order and they were very prompt in responding to me and sending me the pumps. Have no t used the bags yet but can’t wait to next time I travel.

I bought 4 bags plus pump before Christmas and was very pleased when we tested them upon arrival. Just used them for my vacation and I am even more pleased with the quality and efficiency. Plus I was prepared to have to iron some of my clothes but when I opened the bag I found they weren’t creased as I expected when I opened them. The bags helped with weight distribution and found it best to deflate them in the suitcase so they fit the space.

Purchased this product for upcoming travel and also gave as gifts. We are extremely happy with the bags. We had one issue as we ordered too many pumps and there was no problem working with the customer service team to get a refund.

We placed an order in early December for a planned trip at the end of the year. Receiving no indication of the product having been shipped, we finally ordered a cheaper alternative from a competitor. When we returned home after the new year, the Aerless product finally arrived. Trying to immediately return the product, there was no process to complete an easy return (phone/email). Going online, I finally located a process for returns. Twice we received ‘discount’ email offers to keep the product in response to my return request. After my third email, I finally received a return shipping voucher which required me to pay insured Returns costs!
I have now received my full refund from the seller; and also very frustrated with the shipping delay and the absurdly cumbersome return practices.
Though we cannot comment on the quality of the Aerless product, we found the less expensive alternative satisfactory.

Amazing products

Ordered the vacuum bag kit for an upcoming holiday and to manage a family of five. Came across this brand while looking at others and thought I'd give it a go. Good thing I did as we did our first family trip for Aus day and made packing a breeze. Going to order more for our upcoming overseas trip so looking forward to it.

Aerless compressed bag is of good quality and compressed the bags effortlessly. Would highly recommend this product.

I ordered with express shipping. It didn’t show up on time for my trip. Nonetheless I kept them and am using them now. I like the bags they work well. They look good and seem sturdy. The pump is strong and works well. However the pump turns on in my bag from time to time which is annoying.

I ordered from them in early December for a Christmas present and it two three weeks to arrive and ended up being late to give as a gift. Upon trying to return it, I was offered a nominal discount to keep the items instead of returning them, which I did not accept. After multiple emails, they finally sent me a shipping label, but at no time indicated that it would cost me $25 to return the items. They simply charged my credit card without my authorization. I can't speak to the quality of the products as I never used them, but their shipping times and return policy are awful and I would not recommend them for that reason.

I ordered this product before Christmas. I have not received it. I contacted them and was given a choice to have it resent or get a refund. I chose to have it resent. Per the emails that followed I did not order the vacuum piece and they were willing to send it for free as long as I left a review. I explained that I had not used the product and could not leave an honest review so I asked for my money back last week. I have not heard from them since nor have I received my money back nor have I received the product.

Very useful to pack bulky sweaters in my carry on! Easy to use and efficient.

Trip after Christmas. We didn’t want to check any bags. I always take my pillow with me. Used the Aerless system and it really works to create space. Left room to bring home some shells & souvenirs from our trip.

These are great bags that you can pack and then suck out the air with a compact battery pump. They’re like upmarket packing cubes, except they’re not a cube they’re oblong but they’re a fab idea. The zip is quite stiff so you have to be prepared to give it a good pull but I guess it needs to be so that the air doesn’t escape! I ordered two sets by mistake so I got these at a reduced price in exchange for a review - good deal for me and hopefully for them too!

I am trying to return the packing bags… I have requested a return label three times and keep getting the runaround! I would never buy from this company again! Terrible customer service!

I ordered this on Jan 6th.bbthey say express shipping on their website. I contacted them on Jan 13th because my tracking # was not working. They did respond and told me me it shipped and that it normally takes 7-10 days. Today is the 10th day. I called shipping carrier and they have no record of this shipping. I asked for a refund since it clearly isn't coming

Customer service has been very helpful for ordering issue I had from a Christmas gift. I was given a free pump as a result which was not expected but well appreciated. Thank you so much Aerless

I have full trust in this product. After years of travel abroad, and countless failed packing cubes, I finally found this solution. The first night, I packed it full with clothes and left it to see if it would withstand time. It has been four days and it's still completely flat. This is definitely the product you are looking for, do not hesitate! The pump is perfect too; and the smallest one I have used.
