I started taking a spoonful of oil early September and I also started Norse strength though it's very filling so I usually have it in a yogurt for my lunch. I do however drink bone broth every morning which satisfies me for breakfast. Whilst my knee pain continues, my hair, skin and nails have improved. My energy levels are slowly improving but I do suffer with AF so I don't rush anywhere! I still have the odd craving but they're infrequent. All in all, I feel I'm on the right path. I would like the products to be a tad cheaper though as I live on my pension. Oh, I'm 74 and still doing voluntary work.

At first I really appreciated what initially appeared to be a top quality 'Origins' Olive oil 'subscription' of 3 bottles every 3 months. It is very expensive but genuinely appearing to be a top quality product. However, when I tried to cancel online the site stated that I had no Subscription to cancel, despite having had automatic deliveries and payments taken out every 3 months for 2 years. So I emailed them and received a reply acknowledging my wish to cancel. Nine months, and three further ongoing non- 'subscriptions' later, they had still not honoured my request to cancel. I had to contact my bank to stop the payments! By this time my expensive, top quality olive oil had changed from that greenish, peppery characteristic to a curdled, yellowy, much less potent tasting product! The owner is apparently a qualified doctor, who plays hugely on her own scientific knowledge and motivation to improve wellness for her customers. So I am quite disgusted that my ultimate experience of this company has been hugely suggestive of a much greater interest in profiteering from extremely expensive products, rather than a genuine interest in promoting health benefits, and a lack of any level of true integrity.

I have taken Norse Strength for 75 days according to the instructions but have found no difference to the stiffness I get when walking.
In the hope that things may yet improve I have ordered further supplies to test it properly but to date I have to say I am not impressed.

Lovely company to deal with. Wish one could just contact when wanting to order more instead of having on a set time whether you need to or not, although they quickly delay sending more when requested.

I'm 81 next month. People tell me my skin and my complexion look great. I'll be buying the bone soup this week. My psa blood results have came down from 104 to 86 my specilist nurse told me that was really good. I've get another blood test in 6 months.

Can I just ask why the initial 6 bottles of olive oil costs around £22 per bottle but the next 6 bottles order is to be priced at nearly £50 per bottle!

Definitely feel more energetic. Nails and hair have also shown improvement.

Quality at its best! Does what it says on the bottle!! Great as a start to the day. Great on salads etc.

I like the product, it is way better than the protein powders l used previously.

I’m not sure that at 79 I can offer a realistic guide to the benefits of your products to much younger people.

Maybe that I have continued to use the meat meal for nearly three years, that I have used the olive oil, drinking 15-20ml.daily & more recently with a splash of your vinegar for over a year & for 6-8 months I’ve used your Norsestrength protein powder is testament enough to my belief in your products.

At my age I wasn’t expecting an epiphany
type uplift in my health or daily wellbeing but since using the oil & protein particularly, I feel more comfortable, fit &
relaxed. If these are the results of using your products I can only hope that they may also extend my life at a level of health that makes living to an old age

A great company to deal with supplying great products.

My wife and I have been taking Ancient Roots for a few years now and firmly believe that the quality of this oil has made a significant contribution towards our general health.
My wife has been diagnosed with the early stages of Alzheimer’s and from our research we believe the oil assists in allowing a higher level of circulation.
We are both in our 80’s and we intend to take this Olive oil on a regular basis.

Started with a small amount of 5ml every morning for a week and steadily increasing by 5ml every week. So far so good. Im upto 15ml every morning.
I feel better in some ways , sometimes I have tummy issues but then cut back 5ml for a few days and it sorts itself out. Early days yet , been 3 weeks so my body still adjusting.

I use the olive oil daily as i have a number of joint aches mainly due to playing sport in the past. I can honestly say that by using the oil over a period of time i have very little pain in said joints. An excellent product in my view and would recommend it to anyone who suffers joint pain.

I do think the olve oil is doing me good..hope it isn't psychological !
I do look forward to taking the oil first thing in the morning.
