Really happy with my experience with A&E Glazing LTD. I ordered 2 glass units and was expecting a longer wait at the time of booking, but they arrived just 6 days later! Throughout the process I was kept updated, and the day before delivery they called to check I was available and confirm a time slot. It's refreshing to deal with a company that communicates so professionally. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered a sealed unit on Friday with Morgan by phone, it was delivered by Will on the following Wednesday. Exactly what I ordered.

Despite much requesting delivery details from them and rearranging travel to be at our flat the only time they said they could deliver, they delivered a day early when I was not there. They dumped the large glass table top with no protection in the communal area of our building on a stone floor against a concrete wall. Also leaving me to carry it upstairs, through fire doors and into a lift by myself. Hopefully it will still be intact when I get there on the only day they said they could deliver.

From start to finish I have been impressed with and enjoyed dealing with A&E Glazing.
Their website is clear, intuitive and easy to use.
A comment on my order resulted in a call from them for clarification which was clear - necessary for a deaf oldie.
Then regular but not over the top progress emails and delivery well within their time slot with good delivery updates.
All contact has been clear, courteous and professional.

What a professional they did a job in Cambridge in my rented house . Price was at right price well chuffed . Turn up in time and did a very excellent jobs . These guys are fantastic, they are fast, offer great prices and have great customer services.
I have already placed 2 orders with them and they were all fulfilled extremely promptly.

Online ordering was simple enough.

There were a few hiccups on the delivery due to a van breaking down on attempt 1 and me not be at home during attempt 2. However, A&E Glazing responded to all my contacts and kept me informed throughout.

We just received our table top today and are made up with the quality. It was definitely worth the extra week or so wait.
