I had a great experience shipping my car with this company. Jeff Winston was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, the driver was on time, and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciated the updates and transparency. Pros: I got my vehicle in time and they picked up my vehicle in a timely manner. I got my vehicle in a perfect condition.
Cons: Initially, they gave me a quote of 750 usd to ship my vehicle but at the pick up date, they told me there is high demand of driver and that 1350 is the best price they can offer. This is something they should have mentioned earlier. Then what is the point of giving initial quote. Anyways, since they carried my vehicle properly, I would say this is still a good service.

the company is a fraud, first they give you a quote, they lie to you for 7-8 days that everything is ok and that they will deliver your car, and then on the day when they are supposed to pick up the car a few hours before the pickup, they increase the price 3 times. Do not waste your time with them, in case they ask you for a deposit and tell you that the price is locked, they will only cheat you for the deposit and will not give you back, and they will again increase the price for bringing the car two to three times.

Mike was extremely helpful through the shipping process. He worked with the carriers to get my vehicle back home to me. Yes there were some hiccups but he did not tire of his efforts. I would highly recommend Aegis Auto Transport to anyone in need of a quick ship!

This company (Aegis Auto Transport) gave us a quote for picking up two (2) vehicles for $280. The total distance was 300 miles. We thought it was cheaper than other local companies and ended up signing the quote. On the date of pick up, they were not able to find a driver. We were wanting for the cars to be picked up at 8:30 am and then no one showed up. When I called, they said that another driver would pick up the vehicles at 3:00 pm. We had an appointment with the port of Oakland to drop off these vehicles on this day. So if the pick up was at 3:00 pm, we would not be able to drop off at the time scheduled for the port. Apart from that, the driver was now demanding $680 more than the original quote. When I called, they made sure to refer to the initial quote and said that pricing was subject to change based on the driver and that the timing was not guaranteed. I had also reminded them multiple times about the pick up and drop off. So they had no excuse for not scheduling a driver. They were not willing to return the $100 deposit. They also wanted to charge me a cancellation fees. After a bit of frustrating negotiation, the dispatcher said that he won't charge the cancellation and will use the deposit as a cancellation charge.

Please be mindful that when securing a quote, timing is NOT guaranteed. Also, pricing is SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on the driver they find you. I would just hire local drivers who are honest and may charge you more upfront, but are reliable.

Got a quote and booked it based on reviews but total bait & switch (price) and worst customer service. Had to message them and Called them multiple times they failed to pick up vehicle on day of shipment and I had to leave. Once they found a driver they upcharged me and said they weren’t going to make a cent on it but they still charged me even though they failed to meet their end. Car got shipped and I wasn’t there and got delivered before I got there. Luckily no damages were done.

Atlas gave me the best quote out of over 6 other companies when inquiring about transporting my vehicle from Florida to Virginia. He also took the time to explain the process to me. I really appreciated this connection.

My experience with Aegis Auto Transport wasn’t the best. The delivery took longer than proand I had trouble reaching customer service for updates. While the car arrived safely in the end, the delays and lack of clear communication were frustrating. I expected better service based on their good reviews.

This company does NOT give all of the facts to custo.ers when they call. First the give you an low price to transport your vehicle and AFTER you have signed with them they call you back and tell you it is hundreds of more dollars. Atlas was very kind and only doing his job but his co worker pretended to be him, had me call and was beyond rude and unprofessional! This is a very untrustworthy company so BEWARE!!!
