Problem with my refund
I had cancelled a product that was n back order. They received their product the next day and went ahead and sent it to me even though I had canceled. After multiple calls, I was able to get a return slip. I returned it and have a proof of delivery from UPS, but haven’t seen the credit to my account yet. It’s been two weeks and I am unable to get in touch with anyone. I’ve emailed twice, left phone messages and haven’t gotten any response. Maybe they were closed for the holidays, but a message on their phone recording would be helpful.
Update 1/8/26: Thank you for answering my call and issuing the refund.

The company and customer service is good, can't say that about their batteries.
The company and customer service is good. No issues there, BUT, I do have an issue with paying over $220 for a 4 year Defibtech Lifeline View battery that only lasted 2 years! It says it has a 4 year warranty, so we'll see what they do about it Monday morning.

Referbished AED
Well, it was shipoed quickly. I'm not sure what else I can say about the referbished AED since I have not used it. Hopefully it works but I can't attest to that at this point.

Defibrillator pads
I ordered new pads for our defibrillator at church. The ordering was easy, the product good and the delivery without trouble. Can't ask for more then that.

Not the best
You charged my credit card immediately then heard nothing for a month until i wrote and asked when i could expect delivery. The very next day received all kinds of communication and then it appeared. Sounds to me order got lost, and writing to you made you get going. Not the best way to do business
