This team is terrific
This team is terrific! They seriously care about your success, and now their base system is FREE. You only pay if you go on their new Marketplace. It's a no-brainer, and for many agencies the Marketplace will be a terrific idea.
But for ANYONE using paid ads on the most popular ad systems out there right now, you need to sign up for Adzooma. Terrific tools that will help you get more ROI out of all your ad campaigns.

Great platform, 20% decrease in CPC and 50% in clicks generated within a month
Great tool and great service, really pleased with the results, combining this tool and a couple of extra tactics on one account alone, I have increase the click throughs for a client by 50% and also the conversions by 200%, now looking at around 1100% ROAS, net result = Happy Client.
My account manager (Jonathon Millhouse) has also been wonderful, super helpful and always there as and when I have needed him.

Spoke with Sam who took me through the platform and gave me a friendly, honest evaluation of the software along with plenty of contextualization. Appears to be a real asset to the company and shows a genuine well-evidenced interest in his field of operation.
The platform looks good and does what it says with useful updates to come.
A very enjoyable customer experience that leaves me with plenty of things to action.
Sorry, this probably sounds like a planted fake review.
I LOVE COMMUNISM.

Refusing to issue a refund.
Sold me a lifetime deal access for $69 to then a few months later make the same service free for everyone to access, obviously this was something they knew they would do so why putting up a lifetime deal for $69 before? Dodgy to say the least.
I contacted them for a refund but they refuse to give one.

Adzooma is a great platform for agencies who want to discover new opportunities for their PPC clients all while saving hours of implementation work. The platform is easy to use and designed well and their customer support is excellent.

Selling LTDs for $69 to make it free for all in the end...
Selling a lifetime deal access to end up giving access to the platform for free to all!
And they refuse to refund LTD holders.
My only consolation is that I bought only one code... I feel sorry for anyone stacking the deal.
