Overall a great experience but... Our account set up a payment plan with the IRS. They got the dates messed up and we owe a payment much sooner than what we thought was scheduled.

Great operation
Great operation! I’ve been happy with the results. Don’t like the portal! I would rather send PDF files to a designated email address. It’s easier for a non-techie like myself. It’s unfortunate you are experiencing attrition with the CPAs, this year I will be dealing with a third one. It’s nice not to have to re-explain my case, but that’s just the way it goes these days. Overall, an excellent experience with great results.
