We provide clinical examination; ultrasound scanning and guided injections for any musculoskeletal (MSK) problem at clinics based in Hampshire and West Sussex. We have over 25 years of experience. Ultrasound guided injections are more effective than unguided injections. We offer steroid injections, hyaluronic acid (Durolane), barbotage, hydrodilatation for stiff shoulders and more. We set up this business as we recognise that many people are keen to access these services but find waiting times for NHS treatments frustrating. We offer all these services regularly in the NHS and are now pleased to offer them at affordable prices in the private sector. Super Peter lol!
Peter was very professional and thorough to examine me. He gave really good advice and instructions on what I need to do to help my problem. I have previously seen him for two steroid injections, which along with exercises, have done a good job. I was expecting I may need another one, but Peter was really honest about what’s going on, and I didn’t need one. Really great experiences, would recommend and see him again.

Update on my review from a year ago
Update on my review from a year ago. I visited Advanced Physio Solutions 16th April 2024. I have today been for the same procedure again under the NHS. (Barbotage and USS Guided Injection.)
When I saw the consultant in December 2024, an X-ray showed that the calcific tendinopathy had improved but due to returning pain, and meeting the criteria for surgery, the consultant agreed to try the Barbotage and injection one more time before decompression surgery.
Today I went for that procedure on the NHS. The consultant radiologist was extremely complementary of the previous treatment that Advanced Physio Solutions had provided to me. He advised that Advanced Physio Solutions had done a wonderful job to a very high standard and the calcium deposit was showing further improvement.
This further reassured the treatment that I had with APS and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the clinic again or recommend to anyone. Thanks you again APS for kickstarting my road to recovery!

Very quick to get my appointment which was a relief. Peter was professional, gave me a thorough examination of my shoulder then an ultrasound. He explained everything to me in an honest way then gave me an injection which was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend.

Painful shoulder
I visited Pete, he was professional and explained everything he found in detail to me whilst examining my shoulder. Once diagnosed he gave me a cortisone injection. Within 24 hours there was major improvement . I am very happy with this result

Excellent service
This is my third visit to the Clinic. I have been twice with a painful wrist for which I had ultrasound scanning and then a Steroid injection each time, which has been effective.
Today I have been for flareup of a painful knee for which for I’ve also had a steroid injection following an ultrasound scan.
The service is professional and effective and represents good value. I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic if you are suffering with pain.

I was very impressed with my shoulder scan
I was very impressed with my appointment. Pete took a very thorough history then examined me before doing the ultrasound scan on my shoulder . This was very thorough too and he explained things well . The injection was quick and easy . I would thoroughly recommend his service .

As I can not get a GP appointment ,in fact I don't even know who my GP is, as the practise has got to big .I was in so much pain I wanted to know the reason for this .I was told the reason for my pain so I can go and get treatment for it now
