My experience from the time I ordered was amazing! The kit came in the mail and was very thorough on the instructions. The hair sample was easy to get and send out. The text support was amazing as well! The whole process took a few minutes! I sent out my test five days ago and just received my results!

I had been dealing with bloating and not feeling great after eating, but couldn’t figure out why. The test was super easy to do at home, and the results were really detailed and easy to understand.

It helped me identify some big triggers (like dairy, garlic, and wheat), and once I made a few simple swaps, I started feeling better pretty quickly.

Very pleased that we finally did the food intolerance test! Did it many years ago very thorough very interesting. But now we are at a time in our life that it’s even more important as we age to find out what is good or unhealthy for you. We will most likely do this again in six months!!!

I ordered this test with the mindset of getting an idea of what foods make me feel off and bloated. Getting my results made me sad and happy at the same time because I learned that many of the foods and condiments I love and eat on a daily basis was what made me sick. Ordered this because I’ve done food sensitivity tests before with not very thorough results. My sister did this one and found it informative so I did the same! I couldn’t believe how many things showed up for me to avoid but it’s a relief to know I can start healing my body. The test was very easy to take and results came really fast!

Not worth the money. Results seem very generic, even though supposed to be targeted to my sample. The foods it suggested I avoid are foods that don't give me any issues. Swiss cheese, Honey, etc... Corn flour, brown rice, Salmon. Really? Don't waste your money like I did, just to get add-ons pushed at you.

Taking the test and mailing the sample back was so easy. The results were easy to understand and kind of shocking.
