Advance America - Van Nuys - 7403 Van Nuys Blvd. Anmeldelser

Customer service from Sandra was amazing and explained very well and very friendly

It is better to go through the process online because the people at the store have difficult personalities; they are angry, not at all friendly, and treat you very poorly.

Jessica was very helpful and fast.

I was served nicely by the Tellers good service

Jessica was wonderful she took her time to help me to get access to my Gmail associated with my Advanced America Loon, which was not accessible toe for technical reasons for a long time. The website is very user friendly and has a wonderful human touch. It’s almost like you are speaking to an actual person. It’s easy to apply for the loan and the process is quick and simple.

Carolina is the best so informative helpful and pleasant to speak with with.

Best place for loans

I have been getting calls from the company to take out a loan because it has been a while since I took one out.. so I decided to get a loan I arrived at around 4:40 pm On 7-27-26 the door was locked and I didn’t understand why until I read the handwritten sign on the door stating that a break was in progress and the door will open at 4:50 pm. I did Knock on the door before I read the sign only because I’m not used to a public business locking doors during business hours. The employee came out inside and pointed to the break sign . I was absolutely okay with waiting until the employees break was over. I sat on the windowsill of the business and waited.
A male and female couple approached, the lady tried to open the door. I informed her that they’re on break and they will open on about 5 minutes. she said “every time I come here they are on break.” So the couple left.
Two other women approached the door and I told them they’ll open in a few minutes. The younger lady said the same thing “they are always on break when I come.”
We all waited until the employee opened the door and had the worst customer service attitude. I want to say her name was Maria because I could barely read her badge because of her hair covering her name somewhat.
She was just peering at me and I was waiting for the “can I help you?” and I never was asked so I looked up and saw her looking at me and I told her what I needed.
I did inform her that the analog break clock that was posted on the door said to return at 3:50 pm not 4;50 pm but the handwritten notice was accurate. She abruptly told me that “she knows how to tell time and knows what she’s doing” I said ok.. the two customers heard her and made a sound like“wow”
I finished my business, upon leaving I informed the two customers to please scan the QR code and voice their opinions on their customer service or the management/ supervisors will never know how rude their staff is. They both thanked me and agreed.

Great service by Carolina😎 she was very helpful and kind l highly recommended this place

Web site is extremely easy to pay off loan and to request a new one .

Fastest transactions.
Staffs are readily for assistance.
No hassle, anytime to apply processing so easy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommended. ❤️❤️❤️

The delay to get the transfer it’s not proper ! If you have the emergency you should not use this delays what ever you have to pay just because it’s the weekend if I would of know better I would go personally to an agent online it’s a big joke !

The convenience of applying, and the swiftness of verification and approval. The online process is easy to understand and the instructions clear. I recommend this payday loan as great for an emergency.
