I just wanted to say that you have pure gold in Lucy who works at the Vista Chino location in Palm Springs, CA. Without sounding out of line or too forward, she immediately made me feel comfortable about every aspect of my experience. She made me feel more like family & not just a customer asking for financial assistance. She is always positive and in great spirits, and it’s genuinely felt.
