What can i say, except "SUPERB"! Advance America is very fortunate to have a a Receptionist like Joselina Beltran who is kind, courteous, professional and attentive to what i was asking. I had left my eye glasses in my car, therefore she helped me through the loan process with ease. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, mostly because she helped me pull my documents from my smart phone. I have used another loan company for 3 years and i do recall the process took to a long time. Thank you for being there Advance America

My experience at Advance America was great! The girl who helped me was so super nice and so easy to talk to. She explained every step of the loan perfectly and answered all my questions without skipping any details. I will definitely come back to the store on Mountain by the El Super.

Excellent customer service!! Josie is a 6-star employee and the perfect combination of professionalism and positive personality. The products offered (payday advance) are par for the course (industry standard) in terms of rates, etc. The Upland location is clean, comfortable and run with great efficiency. If you are in the market for a financial product, choose this company and you won’t be sorry.
