Never had any real problems UNTIL
Never had any real problems UNTIL. I borrowed money 11/24/19. I went to pay 12/6. The girl that day messed with my account and told me I had to pay less than what I knew I took out. I said Are you sure? Her reply yes. I went to go borrow the following week and couldn't. My account was in default. 🤷 The girl had set up my account to be taking out of my bank account without my permission. I took the cash out so I could pay in person but AA had already tried to withdraw partial payment. I always make a full payment or break it down in 2 payments. My account was overdrawn. I was upset to the max. I was just able to get money again on 1/6/2020. I felt like the teller that worked that day should of been paying for the default fees. They said she was a floater. She needs to float her A$$ right to my account and pay what they made me pay.
