I needed a little help before payday and I didn't meet all the requirements to qualify for a loan. Brenda helped me find and complete the checklist and got me approved. She was awesome and I am extremely grateful for her help

Great attitude
Great attitude, very respectful and prompt to getting your info in the system to receive your loan. I recommend Advance America to anyone needing help when money is short for the important unexpected bills or whatever you are face with. God bless this company.

My car loan keeps going up and I am paying it early and over the amount due. No one can answer my questions about why this is happening. Not great customer service. I have been asking about it for 4 months at the location.

practically pain free experience
The associate was very helpful and accommodating. She was knowledgeable and awesome. This experience isn’t something I planned to have that weekend but she made it pain free and it took barely any time at all.
