The new person you have in charge never smiles she acts like she is making you a favor, all other people you had in the pas before her were super friendly, as soon as I can I will pay my loan and never use your services again!

The process was easy and the…rep was courteous!
The process was easy and the attendant/rep was very nice. I had used this service about a year ago and it went as smooth but the only difference was that you don't have an automatic two weeks between paydays. I came in on May 7th and was wanting to pay back my loan on May 21st but since my payday is the 15th and last day of the month...I only get an 8 day turn around. It may have been that the manager was there a year ago or new rules...but I got a full two weeks last year.
At any rate, I was pleased with the process and got a little less money than I wanted because I didn't want to have to pay som much in fees on an "8-day loan".
